They left the barbecue restaurant arm in arm.
Zhou Wenyi's white car was parked not far away.
Song Daming didn't want to be a third wheel, so he waved his hand and said, "It's just a short walk, I'll take a stroll to digest my food."
Gu Wei, chewing gum, waved to him and said, "Okay, then take it easy."
Zhou Wenyi watched intently as Gu Wei opened the car door and got into the passenger seat, bringing with him a whiff of alcohol and his unique, clean scent, along with a hint of garlic and chewing gum.

Gu Wei didn't rush to fasten his seatbelt. Instead, he leaned forward, his deep eyes fixed on Zhou Wenyi. "What do you think?"
Even though Zhou Wenyi had already done more intimate things with Gu Wei, her heart was still pounding at this moment.

Gu Wei sat back down and asked seriously, "Not giving each other the silent treatment anymore? I thought you wouldn't talk to me for several days."

Seeing Zhou Wenyi acting like a primary school student who had made a mistake, Gu Wei's heart softened completely.
He reached out and pulled the person into his arms. "Silly girl, I was just teasing you."
Zhou Wenyi hugged him tightly and sniffed hard, "Why do you always tease me?"
"What do you think?" Gu Wei gently stroked her hair, turning the question to his girlfriend.
"Didn't you just call me a fool? How would a fool know?" Zhou Wenyi knew the answer, of course, but she just wanted to hear it from his mouth.
Gu Wei smiled and stopped beating around the bush, "Because I like you."
His magnetic voice echoed in the sealed environment, sounding like a dream to Zhou Wenyi.
She cast aside all her shyness and grievances, and took the initiative to kiss his cheek.
