As the wedding march began, a beam of light shone on the entrance to the banquet hall.
When the golden door opened, Gu Wei saw Zhou Wenyi wearing a noble and luxurious long-train wedding dress and a crown on her head, looking like a princess from a fairy tale, walking slowly in arm in arm with her father.
Behind her followed her bridesmaids and two identical flower girls, scattering fresh red rose petals along the way.

"Don't be so polite. One of the roles of a best man is to fend off drinks, isn't it?" Chen Wu, who considered himself to be a good drinker, took the initiative to take on this task.
"Yes, you'd better try to stay sober and wait for us to make a ruckus in the bridal chamber!" Cao Zhengqi grinned mischievously. "I've prepared several little games."
