Chapter 84 Hold Her Tightly

Chapter 84 Hold Her Tightly

Huayueye Club.

In the dim box, the light from the ceiling fell down, dim and lazy.

Sheng Yize sat on the floor with his back against the sofa, his arm holding the wine bottle resting on his bent knee, his head lowered, his drooping hair hiding the loneliness in his eyes and brows.

There were empty wine bottles lying all around him, his whole body was filled with a strong smell of alcohol, and his lowered eyes were already red.

"It was just a kiss..."

"It's no big deal."

"They, they are a couple..."

"It's no big deal..."

The man kept muttering.

He kept convincing himself that they were in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship and that it was normal for them to do this, so why should he be jealous?

Seeing that he was quite drunk, Manager Li quickly stepped forward and squatted beside him.

"Mr. Sheng, please stop drinking. Drinking too much is bad for your health!" Manager Li pretended to snatch the empty bottle from his hand, but he dodged.

"Hurt your body?" Sheng Yize sneered, "Even if I drank myself to death...she wouldn't care..."

As if he remembered something, he suddenly laughed.

The low laugh made his chest vibrate slightly.

"She has such a cruel heart..."

"She knew I would be so upset that I would go crazy, but she still did it..."

"She knows how to hurt me, how to make me sad..."

"As long as I am sad, she will be happy."

"She must be very happy now..."

"Master Sheng, no matter what, you can't..."

"Bang--"

He threw the bottle hard, and the pieces flew everywhere, making a harsh sound.

Manager Li took a few steps back in fright.

“Hiss…”

Sang Sui squatted down in pain.

Look down.

The ankle was scratched by the flying debris and had a small cut.

There is blood oozing out.

Sheng Yize froze in shock and turned his head to look.

Sang Sui had squatted beside him at some point, covering his scratched ankle, his brows furrowed.

Sheng Yize's eyes tightened, and he crawled over without thinking, held her hand, and gently took her hand away.

“Don’t cover it!” The man looked panicked, “It’s bleeding… Hurry, go get some medicine!!”

Manager Li didn't react and was stunned when he saw Sang Sui behind him.

He didn't even have time to ask who the other person was and hurried out to get the medicine.

Sheng Yize squatted in front of her, staring at the wound that was oozing blood, liquid gradually dripping from his drooping eye sockets.

“I’m sorry, I’m sorry…”

"It's all because of me that I messed this up..."

"Does it hurt?"

"I'm sorry Sui Sui...it's all my fault..."

He kept saying "I'm sorry". I don't know if it was the alcohol or the pain he had suppressed for many years that made him trapped in regret, pain and difficulty in struggling.

He held the wound carefully like a humble inferior, his shoulders trembling slightly.

The lights in the room were dim, and no one saw the liquid on his face dripping onto the carpet and being absorbed by it in the blink of an eye.

Sang Sui lowered his eyes and looked at his collapsing figure.

Waves of pain crept through my heart, and that familiar feeling came back.

She always felt that she no longer had any feelings for him, and she also claimed that even if she met him after returning to China, she would treat him as a stranger.

But when he ignored his own body and tortured himself again and again, she finally softened her heart.

She obviously didn't have to come.

He could obviously call Chen Yi or Zou Jin and ask them to pick him up.

But she still came.

Just because the manager said he was drunk.

Isn't it ridiculous?

After all these years, she still worried about him.

She even thought that even if there was no possibility of being with him, she still hoped that he could live a happy and healthy life.

Sang Sui sniffed and slowly squatted down.

"Sheng Yize..."

The voice that he had been thinking about and chanting for countless days and nights slowly hit his ears, and Sheng Yize's body shook uncontrollably.

He slowly raised his eyes and met her round eyes.

Sang Sui's eyebrows were slightly tightened as she stared at his face.

Drunk, his originally cold and pale face turned rosy, his deep eyes under his sword-like eyebrows became narrow and the corners of his eyes were scarlet from drunkenness.

He looked at her like a trapped animal, waiting for forgiveness from his master.

Sang Sui held his breath, stared into his eyes, and spoke calmly -

"How long are you going to make trouble?"

The man's expression suddenly froze, and the joy and hope in his eyes were extinguished in an instant.

He stared at her little face for a while, then pretended not to hear and lowered his eyes, carefully examining her wound.

"It's bleeding...does it hurt?"

"Apply some medicine first...it will stop hurting."

"Just bear with it, it won't hurt soon..."

Manager Li just happened to bring the medicine box over. Sheng Yize opened it in a panic and took out the disinfectant and cotton swabs.

Sang Sui grabbed it directly: "I can do it myself."

The wound was less than a few millimeters and looked like just a broken skin. Although it was bleeding, it could be cured by just putting on some medicine and a Band-Aid.

Sheng Yize snatched the medicine again and pretended to apply it to her himself, but was scolded by Sang Sui.

"Sheng Yize!"

He froze and raised his pitiful eyes.

"I don't want you to touch me."

“…”

There was a flash of hurt in the man's eyes. He pulled the corners of his mouth with difficulty and handed the medicine in his hand to her helplessly.

He sat silently on the ground with his back turned. The light fell on him, making him look even more lonely and desolate.

Manager Li looked at the two of them and finally chose to shut up.

After Sang Sui disinfected the wound, he applied some medicine and finally tore off a Band-Aid and put it on.

After finishing the work, she stood up and glanced at him, "Are you going back?"

Someone didn't reply.

"If you don't want to reply, just reply by yourself." Sang Sui glanced at him, "I don't want to bother with you."

After saying that, he turned and left.

Manager Li glanced at Sang Sui's leaving figure and reminded quietly: "Mr. Sheng, Miss Sui Sui is gone."

The man's stiff and lonely figure finally moved.

He slowly stood up, supported his dizzy body, and staggered out.

Manager Li was worried that he might fall, so he rushed forward to help him up, but was brushed away by his hand.

After the flowery moon night, Sheng Yize was tipsy and felt his stomach churning.

He looked miserable and vomited while holding the trash can with one hand.

Hearing the sound of vomiting, Sang Sui stopped in his tracks.

She turned to look at him, but after a moment she walked up to him and patted him on the back.

Seeing that he had finished vomiting, Sang Sui grabbed his arm and placed it on his shoulder, then held his waist with one hand and helped him walk towards the car.

The warm and soft body leaned towards him, and Sheng Yize trembled almost imperceptibly as if he had been electrocuted.

After vomiting, he felt better and his vision became clearer.

He lowered his eyes and looked at the girl who was trying to carry him and the possessive desire that surged in his heart instantly overflowed his entire body.

He wanted to hug her.

I really want to hug her.

As the thought flashed through his mind, the man's long arm on her shoulders slid down, hooked her waist, and pulled her into his arms.

He hugged her tightly.
