Chapter 256: Write it off

Adjusting the direction with a smile, Jiang Ranli strode towards the Fourteenth Prince's tent, leaving the Thirteenth Prince alone standing there with his beard puffing and his eyes glaring.

"I'm not afraid of Fourth Brother."

The Thirteenth Prince sighed softly at Jiang Ranli's back. He was not afraid of his Fourth Brother, he respected and admired him.

More than ten days passed in a flash, and Jiang Ranli sat in Yin'er's tent sighing.

Looking at the writing brush, ink, paper and inkstone in front of her, she couldn't help but have a headache and couldn't help but think of what happened a few days ago.

Since she met the Thirteenth Prince that day, two days later Yinzhen really asked her to check the "The Analects of Women". The result can be imagined. Her handwriting with its messy lines and bulging eyes was definitely not to Yinzhen's liking, so she was sent back to be rewritten.

Jiang Ranli had no choice but to do as he asked, because he was the master and she was just an unregistered palace maid. However, in the next few days, no matter how carefully she wrote, Yinzhen sent her back and ordered her to rewrite it.

This is not the point. The point is that the Fourteenth Prince also joined in to make trouble. He remembered that he had once punished Jiang Ranli to copy "The Analects of Women", so he joined in the fun.

"Fourteenth Master, you have tortured me so much, can you give me a way out?" Jiang Ranli looked pitifully at the stern-faced Fourteenth Prince.

"No, I can agree to anything you want, but this is non-negotiable," the Fourteenth Prince frowned slightly, looking quite serious.

Seeing this, Jiang Ranli turned to look at Yinzhen. Although she didn't plan to have too much contact with him, she had been writing calligraphy for more than ten days in a row and she really couldn't take it anymore. She wanted freedom and wanted to go out.

Since Yinzhen and Fourteenth Prince refused to discuss the matter, she could only negotiate with Yin'er, "Nineth Master, please help me and let all the grudges between us be written off."

Looking at Jiang Ranli's cheeks stained with ink, Yinzhen smiled dotingly, raised his hand to wipe the ink off for her, and his magnetic voice rang out with the action, "It's easy to say with Fourteenth Brother, but I'm afraid it won't work with Fourth Brother."

Hearing this, Jiang Ranli looked at the Fourteenth Prince, who looked at her with a smile on his lips and did not refute Yin'er's words.

It would be nice to reduce the pressure from the Fourteenth Prince. Carrying one mountain is always easier than carrying two.

Thinking of this, Jiang Ranli looked at Yinzhen again and said, "Deal."

Yinzhen was very excited when he heard this. For the past ten days, he had been wanting Jiang Ranli's forgiveness, but she was always distant and indifferent to him, not giving him any chance to explain. He originally thought that this situation would continue for a long time, but he didn't expect happiness to come so suddenly now.

"We have a deal. I'll let Fourteen forgive your "The Analects of Women" and we'll be done with each other."

Jiang Ranli nodded and said yes, but in his heart he said, "Let's wipe the slate clean. In the future, you walk your own path and I'll walk mine."

Many days later, Yinzhen looked at the people who avoided him like the plague with resentment, and then he realized that he had been deceived.

"Jiang Ranli, come here and let me see how your calligraphy is going."

As Yinlang spoke, he walked up to Jiang Ranli and hugged her from behind, his big hands with distinct knuckles covering her white and slender little hands.

Everything happened in a flash. Feeling the warmth in Yin'er's hand, Jiang Ranli's mind suddenly became clear. Then she hurriedly tried to shake him off. During the argument between the two, the brush soaked in ink was thrown out.

At this moment, the door of the tent was opened and a figure walked in.
