Jiang Ranli originally planned to go to the snack shop again three days later. She had made an appointment with Yin'er in the letter, but Sixian and Sidai suddenly fell ill and both had high fevers that persisted.
Looking at the two maids who had always been by her side, Jiang Ran felt extremely distressed and would use a wet handkerchief to cool them down physically from time to time.
Sixian and Sidai were lying on two beds respectively, and were deeply moved when they saw Jiang Ranli busying around for them.
