Chapter 125: As old as if he had lived for three hundred years.

Qiqi slept straight through until evening.

The Ji family was very worried.

The little girl, who usually eats several meals a day, can wake up even before mealtimes by the smell of food.

Today, however, I didn't eat or drink anything all day; I just closed my eyes and slept.

"How can we let our little sister go hungry like this? I'll go and call her." The eldest brother, Ji Zhixu, was the first to be unable to contain himself, his usually gentle face filled with worry.

Such a young child is active and loves to eat, not to mention that the younger sister has such a big appetite; she would starve if she went hungry all day.

The second son, Ji Jinnian, pushed up his glasses, his eyes gleaming behind the lenses: "My sister's master has passed away, she must be heartbroken right now. More than not eating for a day, I'm worried about what kind of trauma this will leave on the little one."

Although children are generally known to have good memories but also forget things easily, they might forget about it in a couple of days.

But the little girl is different from the other children.

Upon hearing this, the third brother, Ji Jingchi, couldn't help but frown: "We need to think of a way to divert our sister's attention and keep her from thinking about her master."

"How do we move?" Old Siji Yunhan blinked curiously.

The fifth brother, Ji Jinyou, rubbed his fingers together: "How about we take our little sister to the amusement park tomorrow?"

"I think it's a good idea!" Old Siji Yunhan was the first to raise his hand in agreement. "Our little sister has been here for so long, and we haven't taken her out to play yet!"

“But my younger sister is still too young. There are many rides in the amusement park that she won’t be able to ride,” the eldest sister, Ji Zhixu, still had concerns. “Besides, amusement parks are such chaotic places. What if an accident happens?”

The second brother, Ji Jinnian, tapped the armrest of his chair with his fingers: "We can book the whole place."

“Yes, if we book the whole place, we won’t have to worry about any accidents.” Old Siji Yunhan nodded.

“If we book the whole place, it loses the point of having fun. What if my sister doesn’t enjoy it?” the third brother, Ji Jingchi, asked.

After thinking for a moment, Ji Jinyou, the fifth son, said, "We can spend money to hire people to play the role of tourists. We can also hire some child actors to play with my sister."

"Yeah, Fifth Brother, you're so smart!" Fourth Brother Yunhan excitedly patted Ji Jinyou on the shoulder.

Ji Jinyou brushed his hand away with some disgust and rolled his eyes at him.

He's bad at using his brain, but he's a master at stirring up trouble.

Ji Yunhan chuckled, admitting that he wasn't as smart as them.

That's a fact, and there's nothing shameful about it!

The sixth brother, Ji Zeqian, glanced blankly at his older brothers, clenched his fist, and uttered a single word: "Go!"

The decision to take Qiqi to the amusement park was made.

In the corner, Ji Jinsu lowered his head, unable to hide his disappointment.

He was also very worried about his little sister, but in his condition, he couldn't do anything for her and might even become a burden to her.

He's so useless!

Huo Yusen was equally disappointed. He glanced at his legs and silently pulled the blanket covering them up a little higher.

Turning to Ji Chengfeng, she asked, "Uncle Ji, can't you find anything about Master Qiqi?"

Ji Chengfeng shook his head: "I had someone check all the surveillance footage near the orphanage on the day Qi Bao appeared, but none of it captured who brought her here."

To be honest, Ji Chengfeng also found it strange.

It was as if Qi Bao had appeared out of thin air at the orphanage gate.

Huo Yusen frowned. In this era of advanced information technology, no one can appear out of thin air and disappear out of thin air.

If so, it must have been done through some unknown means.

However, they don't understand these things.

Perhaps we can wait until Qiqi is in a better mood before talking to her about these things.

The atmosphere in the living room was somewhat heavy due to worry.

In the bedroom, Madam Ji was also feeling uneasy.

The little girl couldn't sleep well; she kept crying in her sleep and calling for her master. It broke my heart, and I cried along with her several times.

Several times I couldn't resist trying to wake my little girl, but I couldn't wake her up no matter what I did.

If she hadn't been certain that her little girl was still breathing and conscious, she would have called 120 (the emergency number in China).

Madam Ji spent the whole day with Qiqi, her heart heavy with worry.

It wasn't until evening, when it was time for the girl's evening class, that she opened her eyes.

"Qibao, you're awake." Noticing the little girl in her arms move, Madam Ji quickly turned to the side and turned on the switch by the bed.

Soft light shone down, and Qiqi found herself being held in Madam Ji's arms.

No wonder she felt a comforting warmth accompanying her throughout her sleep.

"Mom, have you been with me the whole time?"

Qiqi looked up, her little face red and swollen from crying, her usual sparkle gone, making Madam Ji's heart ache.

Madam Ji reached out and patted her head: "Hmm, are you hungry?"

They never mentioned her master's affairs, for fear of hurting the young girl's feelings.

Qiqi shook her head and stepped out of Madam Ji's arms: "Qiqi should do her evening lessons."

“Okay.” Madam Ji did not stop her. This was homework left to her by Master Qi Bao. Qi Bao insisted on doing it as a way of remembering and entrusting her master.

This may not be a bad thing for Qibao's recovery.

Mrs. Ji got out of bed and tidied her clothes, which were disheveled from sleeping. "How about Mom goes downstairs to bake your favorite cookies?"

"Mom..." Qiqi wanted to say that she didn't want to eat.

She dreamt all day about the things that happened in her sect back then, and she felt sad and couldn't eat anything.

But Madam Ji looked at her with concern: "Qibao, your father, mother, and brothers are all very worried about you. Can you eat a little something?"

Qiqi lowered her head. She wasn't a three-year-old child in the true sense of the word. Moreover, she was used to being the senior sister and taking care of the feelings of her junior brothers and sisters. This was the first time she had been so genuinely loved. The sadness in her heart dissipated a little because of Madam Ji's words.

"Okay, Mom, I want chocolate and strawberry flavors, is that okay?" Qiqi sat cross-legged by the window and gave Madam Ji a sweet smile.

"Of course." Seeing that her little girl was already so upset, and still trying to comfort her with a sweet smile, Madam Ji felt a pang of sadness and tenderness in her heart.

Madam Ji turned around and went out to bake cookies, while Qiqi released the female ghost from the red rope.

Her previously sweet smile vanished, and she listlessly sat cross-legged: "In three more days, the blood energy in your body will be completely eliminated, and then I can send you to be reincarnated."

The female ghost, hiding in the hair tie, was used to the little girl acting cute and coquettishly towards the Ji family. Suddenly seeing the three-year-old girl speaking in an aged tone as if she had lived for three hundred years, she was extremely uncomfortable.

"Little Master, are you... alright?" The female ghost looked at her with some concern.

Qiqi shook her head: "Focus on meditation."

The female ghost was about to say something when she saw the little girl's indifferent gaze sweep over her, and she immediately shuddered.

For some reason, she felt that the little master's aura was terrifying at that moment!
