Inside the seafood restaurant, Ji Jingchi was idly scrolling through his phone. Half an hour had passed and Qiqi still hadn't returned, so he started to get restless.
"I'll go take a look!"
Ji Jingchi stood up to leave, but after taking two steps, he remembered that Huo Yusen was just a child with disabilities, and he was also a guest of the Ji family. If something happened to him, it would not be good for the Ji family's reputation.
So he turned back and asked, "Are you alright on your own?"

"Then I'm going to eat all the fish and shrimp in this tank!" Qiqi made a huge demand, gesturing a big circle with her little arm.
A waiter standing nearby chuckled upon hearing this, drawing the attention of both Ji Jingchi and Qi Qi.
The boy's eyes narrowed slightly behind his glasses, and the sharp light shone through the lenses onto the waitress, making her unconsciously take a step back.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean anything by it." The waiter lowered his head and shrugged, apologizing. "I just thought this little girl was so cute, so I couldn't help myself."
She really didn't mean to laugh at the little girl. Besides, she couldn't bear to laugh at such a beautiful and innocent girl!
"It's okay, Miss, don't be nervous." Seeing that her second brother had frightened her, Qiqi quickly comforted her.
The waiter was immediately moved.
