Chapter 15 So you're the Level 1 Hero

"Tianhe City? How did you end up in Tianhe City?" Du Qiangwei paused for a moment, then asked with a look of surprise.

Looking at the background around Wang Ji on the other side of the video, she could see that he was indeed on a commercial street, with both sides clearly visible.

However, something strange was that some unusual sounds seemed to be coming from the phone, including screams, fear, and a continuous clanging sound.

"I heard that angels appeared in the Angel Building here, so I came to see what they look like... um..." Wang Ji said, then suddenly stopped.

In the video, he smacked his lips and blinked.

"Let's talk about my friend first."

Wang Ji zoomed out with his left hand, then zoomed in to show his entire body. He was wearing a beach outfit, looking even more handsome in his cool and refreshing style, which was a refreshing sight.

But the following scene is not right...

He appeared to be riding on the back of a large, red crocodile. The crocodile was extremely large and ferocious, with a huge mouth, sharp teeth, a thick body, and heavy-looking scales.

Upon closer inspection, one can see that this large crocodile resembles a human, wearing simple armor, making it look like a crocodile-like monster.

However, this large crocodile was kneeling on the ground, one hand covering its abdomen and the other hand supporting itself on the ground... It wasn't the usual posture of a crocodile lying down; it looked like a person kneeling.

How do I describe this action?

Du Qiangwei instantly understood—it must have 'fallen over'.

This is simply...

Wang Ji was leisurely riding on the back of the crocodile, as if he were riding a mount, and for some reason he was holding a black frying pan in his hand, which he was banging on the crocodile's head.

Ta-da!

Ta-da!

Ta-da!

"This must be a monster, or a demonic beast? I just picked it up on the street. If I had come any later, it would have eaten people."

Wang Ji, holding a frying pan, poked the crocodile's head and shoved his phone against it, saying, "This guy seems pretty tough. He took one of my lightning bolts and fell down, but I couldn't finish him off no matter how much I attacked him."

My attack should have dealt damage, but this guy is incredibly tough and regenerates rapidly, so I can only prevent it from healing.

As he spoke, he kept banging the crocodile's head with the dark frying pan in his hand. The crocodile's small eyes darted around in a daze, as if it had been hit and was in a daze.

"It seems that the superpower has been exposed, but it was exposed first, not me."

Wang Ji zoomed in on the crowd of onlookers in the distance, then continued, "I've heard before that in the military, all spoils of war must be handed over. Is it the same for us super soldiers when we fight monsters?"

To be honest, I really like this crocodile.

I just wanted to see if I could mend it. If I could, I'd make a pair of crocodile skin shoes.

If it doesn't die, I want to ride it to school.

To be honest, I'm really reluctant to take the bus now.

"Sister Rose, what do you think?"

As he spoke, he winked, a hint of ingratiation on his handsome face.

With eyes like stars and a face like jade, Du Qiangwei was momentarily dazed by his beauty.

Then, remembering the important matter, her expression turned sour, and she hurriedly said, "You...you shouldn't rush to hand over the matter. You have to be very careful. I don't know how dangerous that monster is. You must not mess things up!"

Kill them if you can; your safety is the most important thing.

I'll contact Aunt Lianfeng right away. Also, I'll come to help you from here!

She didn't know what the monster was, but she knew that Wang Ji knew too little about these things and was completely clueless. If anything unexpected happened, he could be in danger!

Wang Ji seemed unconcerned and replied, "I don't need any support... I just wanted to ask about the spoils. Give me a definite answer, and I... um?"

As he spoke, he cautiously looked up into the distance, then quickly replied to the video, "Let's talk later. Some other monsters have arrived on my end. Should you call for backup?"

I'll see if I can handle this myself first. I'm hanging up now.

After saying that, he hung up the video call.

This made Du Qiangwei's Jess on the other end of the video extremely anxious. No one knew what was going on with Wang Ji, but that crocodile monster looked dangerous enough!

Some other monsters have arrived. Who knows if they're demons or aliens? How could he possibly defeat them?

"Hey! Aunt Lianfeng! Aunt Lianfeng! There's an emergency with Wang Ji!" Du Qiangwei stood up abruptly, her fingers pressed to her ear, and walked out anxiously.

He completely ignored the bewildered Ge Xiaolun standing to the side.

"I'll send the address to your phone. Remember to report for duty tomorrow morning. I'll take care of everything else for you." Jess didn't forget to give instructions to Ge Xiaolun.

He then pointed in Du Qiangwei's direction: "Look, protecting the people in the city, isn't that cool? Using a crocodile monster as a mount, isn't that awesome?"

"You can be like that when you get to the Super God Academy."

"Ah ha~ okay...okay." Ge Xiaolun nodded as if he understood, and laughed in agreement.

There was excitement, worry, a mix of desire and fear.

Jess felt there shouldn't be any problems, so he immediately walked out of the store.

Ge Xiaolun sat blankly in his seat for a long time, his mind flashing through various movies about hate parties. After calming down, he got up...

"Damn it! The bill hasn't been settled yet?!"
