Chapter 24 The Greedy and Vicious Nanny 2
After throwing away the calf socks, Xie Rong squinted, observing the other party's reaction without making a sound.
He watched as the young master Lu raised his hand, pulled off the sock from his shoulder, clenched it tightly in his hand, his knuckles cracking, and then threw the crumpled sock into the trash can.
[Congratulations, host! The protagonist feels humiliated, pain value +5!] The white slime bounced on his shoulder.
Xie Rong got up, stepped barefoot onto the soft carpet, and walked slowly to the piano. He placed his right hand on the keys, producing a series of noises.
“Pick up my socks, or else…” Xie Rong smiled innocently at him and said, “I’ll smash your piano and tell your brother that you never want to play the piano again, so you smashed it.”
He had long understood that for this reclusive protagonist, the piano was the only lifeline that allowed him to vent his inner turmoil.
Xie Rong twitched his five fingers slightly and pressed the piano keys recklessly.
Lu Chengjin suddenly grabbed his wrist, lifted his eyelids, revealing the youthful yet already handsome and profound features of his eyebrows and eyes, staring at him intently.
The nanny in front of me was only wearing a pilling sweater, and her beautifully slender calves had red marks from cheap stockings. She wasn't even wearing pants.
Her fragrance was stronger than the runny stockings on her legs. She casually lay down on someone else's bed, just like a young woman in a red-light district who entertained customers in a different way.
If his brother really wanted to hire someone to take care of him so he could study at home in peace, why would he hire a nanny who would take off her socks and do those kinds of things as soon as she entered his room?
Lu Chengjin suppressed his coldness and removed the nanny's hand from his piano.
Then, in silence, he bent down and picked up the crumpled sock from the trash can.
“It’s filthy, remember to wash it clean,” Xie Rong patted his face and ordered matter-of-factly, “Otherwise I’ll tell President Lu that you stole my socks. Anyway, you’re mute, so whatever I say goes.”
"Rich people like you should care about your reputation the most, right? You don't want people to know about your shameful act of stealing the nanny's socks, do you?" Xie Rong smirked maliciously.
Lu Chengjin pursed his lips, his hand gripping the white knee-high socks tightly, as if he was enduring something.
"You don't have to wash, but you can forget about dinner tonight," Xie Rong continued with a smile.
But how could a pampered young master possibly do laundry?
Sure enough, the white stockings, which had already lost all elasticity, were easily rubbed until a hole appeared.
Xie Rong was furious. These calf socks were bought for him by his mother-in-law from the most expensive street stall after she collected and sold garbage!
"You did it on purpose! I was trying to teach you housework out of kindness. If a mute like you can't even do housework, who will want you in the future!"
The bathroom floor was slippery, and Lu Chengjin was accidentally pushed to the ground by the nanny who was a head shorter than him.
Xie Rong sat on his firm waist, his hands outstretched and clawing, grabbing at his shirt collar haphazardly, about to continue to teach him a lesson, when suddenly there was a knock on the door outside the room.
Xie Rong stuffed the sock that had just been ruined into Lu Chengjin's mouth, then took off the other hand that was binding Lu Chengjin, glared at him fiercely, got up to open the door, and blocked the doorway.
"Assistant Chen, why are you back again?"
Assistant Chen was also slightly surprised, "Mr. Xie, what are you doing in the young master's room?"
"I just put him to sleep," Xie Rong lied without blushing, smoothing her long hair over her shoulder. "Just tell me if there's anything you need."
Assistant Chen lowered his eyes, and what came into view was the nanny's pink knees and round, cute toes.
Do I need to take off my socks and shoes to take care of the young master?
But remembering Mr. Lu's phone call, he decided to ignore it.
He smiled and said, "It's like this. Ten minutes ago, Professor Jiang sent a text message to inquire about the young master's appointment time for the next class, but he didn't receive a reply, so I had to come and check."
"You're quite dedicated," Xie Rong suddenly leaned closer and asked in a furtive whisper, "How much does President Lu pay you? Is it enough to buy that crystal chandelier?"
The nanny seemed particularly fond of the dazzling lamp in the living room on the first floor of the villa. She looked up at him with her bright, heterochromatic eyes, which were filled with light as sparkling as the crystal chandelier.
Assistant Chen spoke frankly: "Saving it up for a few years might be enough."
"Save up for several years?" Upon hearing this, Xie Rong immediately gave him a disdainful look and stopped trying to get close to him.
Turns out he was a penniless wretch!
He's already poor, so he doesn't want to hang out with someone even poorer than him.
Assistant Chen was taken aback, then chuckled, "Please tell Mr. Xie and the young master that I'll be leaving now."
After everyone left, Xie Ronghe went to the door and went back to the bathroom.
Lu Chengjin had the ripped stocking stuffed in his mouth, his bangs were messy and stuck to his forehead, and his narrow, scarlet eyes stared at him, cold and devoid of any warmth.
Xie Rong smiled.
He strolled over slowly, squatted down, and slowly pulled out the sock that was covered in Lu Chengjin's saliva. "Look at my memory, how could I forget that a mute doesn't need to have their mouth gagged."
Lu Chengjin's chest heaved violently as he stared coldly at him. Even when he was furious, he couldn't utter a single word because of his autism.
Xie Rong glanced at his bound hands, but didn't untie them. She got up and walked out of the bathroom, wandered around the room, and her eyes lit up when she saw the row of clothes and accessories hanging in the transparent wardrobe.
He walked over, opened the wardrobe, and put an ill-fitting gemstone ring on each of his ten fingers, his face flushed with excitement.
He licked his lips, sat on the carpet admiring the scene for a few minutes, then ran back to the door to retrieve his small handbag, tearing off the gemstone rings from his fingers and stuffing them all inside.
Who wants that mute guy to ruin his socks? They're all his now!
Lu Chengjin bit the white calf sock tied to his wrist with his teeth, pulled it off forcefully, and then slowly stood up from the bathroom floor, coldly watching as the nanny snatched all his rings and hid them in her worn-out little handbag.
Not content with just snatching the ring, she set her sights on other items in his wardrobe, her eyes gleaming as she peered through the glass.
Lu Chengjin stood by the door, his face expressionless, his eyes dark and cold beneath his bangs, staring silently at the slender figure.
He wanted to see just how greedy this nanny really was.
Xie Rong opened the cabinet door, climbed inside, and then closed the cabinet door again.
But the glass cabinet door was transparent, and there was a light inside to illuminate the clothes. Xie Rong sat in the wardrobe, pinching the hem of an old sweater with her fingers, lifting it up little by little to reveal her narrow, slender waist without an ounce of fat, and above that, a pair of delicate butterfly-shaped shoulder blades.
He was eager to try on these haute couture gowns that he could never afford in his lifetime. He quickly took off his sweater and threw it into a corner, exposing his entire snow-white back.
Through the glass cabinet door, it looks like a treasured item kept in a wardrobe.
Lu Chengjin walked over, expressionlessly locked the wardrobe, squatted down, and gently tapped the maid's shoulder blades through the cold wardrobe door with his fingertips.
