Xu Xin and Xu Ying reacted immediately.
"Those metal cards! Didn't we just get seven of them? They might be useful!"
As he spoke, Li Wenxi took out the seven metal cards from his backpack.
In the darkness, the metal card glowed with a faint red light, slightly illuminating the surroundings.
"Huh? Were these cards lit before?" She was stunned.
Of the seven metal cards in her hand, only two were emitting a faint red light.

On the card surface, a red light flowed like liquid.
Just like the reddish wall they saw when they came in.
"Perhaps, it's a reaction between it and the console."
Xu Xin glanced at the console and said.
There are no changes to the console at this time.
"You mean, these two metal cards have the authority to control this console?"
Xu Ying said thoughtfully.
"A guess. Perhaps this metal card will activate when it's near a controllable device?"

Li Wenxi held the metal card that was still glowing red in his hand and slowly backed away.

Then she quickly took a few steps closer to Xu Xin and Xu Ying.
I always feel so insecure being twenty meters away from my companions in this huge alien invader ship!
"In that case, let's... give it a try?" Xu Ying held the red card in her hand and looked at the "card swiping area".
“Bing!”
Coco was the first to agree.
Xu Xin rubbed the little guy's head and said, "Let's give it a try."
He now has great trust in the little guy's choice.
The little guy always brings him unexpected surprises.
Li Wenxi put away the five cards that didn't turn red. "Then try yours first. Swipe it!"
"Okay." Xu Ying didn't waste any time and took the card to the "card swiping area".
When the card recorded the distance of about ten centimeters from the card swiping area, the dark red square in the card swiping area slowly lit up.
“There’s a reaction!”
Xu Ying placed the card directly in the red box.
Immediately, with a slight "buzz" sound, the edge of the entire console lit up in a circle.
And suddenly, a few of the densely packed buttons on the console lit up.
Then, there was no response.
"Um...why are only these buttons lit up?" Li Wenxi asked, looking at the console. "Does this mean that only these buttons work?"
"That should be it." Xu Xin looked at the table. "Perhaps this card only has the authority to press these three buttons."
Only three buttons lit up.
Two lit up red and one lit up green.
According to the alien invaders' different understanding of red and green, the green button is probably more important.
“Bing!”
Coco jumped out of Xu Xin's arms.
Xu Xin didn't stop it and watched it jump onto the table.
Its small body pressed against the unlit button.
Then, its little paw pressed directly on the green button.
"Coco, you..."
Li Wenxi exclaimed and quickly picked up the little guy.
She was afraid that the little guy's body would press down the other buttons.
But in reality, Coco didn't press any of the unlit buttons at all.
These buttons cannot be pressed.
Instead, it gently pressed the green button with its little paw.
Then they felt the metal ground beneath their feet shaking slightly.
"What... happened?"
The surroundings were very quiet, with only the faint voices of alien invaders coming from outside the entrance where they had slid down before.
None of the alien invaders have come down to check so far, even though the cards on them are lost.
But the slight vibration under my feet was real.
"What's going on...ah!" Li Wenxi looked towards the entrance. "That entrance is about to close!"
Xu Xin and the other person also looked over.
The only source of light in this space, the entrance to the landslide, is shrinking rapidly!
Around the entrance, countless metal blocks seemed to come alive, rushing towards the entrance passage.
The process was very quiet, with almost no sound. Even the faint voices of the alien invaders outside were much more obvious.
If the only light source hadn't been shrinking, Xu Xin and the other two might not have been able to detect it.
And after three seconds, the entrance was completely closed.
The entire space became completely dark.
Fortunately, Xu Xin and the other two now have excellent night vision and can still see clearly even in the dark.
"Um... that button just now, is it just a button to seal this place off?"
Li Wenxi looked towards the entrance, then she looked at the control console.
She found that the green button on the console had dimmed, leaving only two red buttons still lit.
