The gate was already in front of them.
"Fuck!" Chang Yin couldn't help but curse. "This, this, this... coming over? Straight over? Quick, quick, push the door open and see if we can get out!"
Xu Xin helplessly reached out and pushed the door.
The door slowly opened, and behind it was a stone staircase corridor going up all the way. It was obviously the corridor leading to the ground!

The floor was very slippery and he could fall if he wasn't careful, but Xu Xin didn't care.

Before Xu Xin finished speaking, the sound of rocks breaking and water rushing came from behind him.

Several cracks appeared in the wall below, and a torrent of water gushed out from the cracks, instantly flooding the entire gate!
But what terrified Xu Xin the most was that it wasn't just water that gushed out of the cracks, but also swarms of loach-like creatures! These loaches were covered in blood-red patterns, some of them were submerged, and they would rise with the water's surface, as if they would swarm over Xu Xin and his group as soon as the water surface covered their bodies!
The other part was drilling into the walls on both sides of the tunnel, making creepy cracking sounds, making the already cracked walls even more riddled with holes. The water began to flow out more violently, and the speed at which the water level rose was almost the same as the speed at which Xu Xin and the others were running!
"Run faster, don't let the water cover your body, otherwise it will be over!" Xu Xin ran upwards with all his might.
Chang Yin swallowed back what he wanted to say, "I'm not afraid of water." Those mutated loaches seemed to be specially designed to deal with stones!
"Hold on, I'm going to stomp my feet!" Chang Yin shouted, then stomped his feet hard on the ground. A thick stone wall quickly rose from the tunnel, blocking the entire tunnel!
Xu Xin staggered after being kicked by Chang Yin. Looking back, he found that the tunnel was blocked by a wall. Just as his expression relaxed slightly, a dense "crackling" sound came from the wall. Then, with a "click", a loach was squeezed out by a stream of water from a newly appeared small hole in the wall. Then countless small holes appeared. The stone wall only lasted for a few seconds before collapsing.
"Fuck! Stop stomping your feet and get up quickly!" Xu Xin saw that Chang Yin was still about to stomp his feet, so he quickly stopped him. His wall could not slow down the speed of the water flow at all. On the contrary, the vibration of the stomping feet greatly affected their progress. The ground was so slippery that they would slide down if they were not careful.
Changyin turned around and ran upwards somewhat unwillingly.
"We can't absolutely not be submerged in water. Those mutated loaches can cause damage to stones. I'm afraid they are specially used to deal with us!" Chang Yin said to Xue Lan and the maid who were running with the child while running quickly.
Xu Xin cursed in his heart that this staircase was inhumane.
If there was only water, he would have seaweed in his hands that would allow him to breathe underwater, and his pressure would be much less. As long as the water pressure was not too strong and he was submerged too deep, there would be no problem.
But now, with these mutant loaches around, he could only run up desperately.

Coco and the cheetah ran very fast. Coco even climbed directly onto the cheetah's back. For some reason, although the cheetah didn't let herself touch it, it didn't dislike Coco.

Xu Xin looked back and saw that the water level was getting closer and closer to them.
