Chapter 121 Saving the Fairy Tale (14) The Person Who Crawled Out of the Second Magic Mirror...

"Meow~" Acha stood up from Su Deng's shoulder, shook off the snow, and asked Su Deng, "Are you going to save her?"

If left unattended, the little girl will definitely freeze to death here.

If you manage...

Will this change the course of the fairy tale?

But since we've run into this...

Su Deng hesitated for a moment.

"You're a fairy sent from heaven..." Under the heavy snow, the little girl, covered in snow, looked at her with a mixture of anxiety and pity. "Did you come to save me...?"

Acha meowed, "You can choose to pretend you didn't see it."

Even the Little Match Girl, a fictional character in fairy tales and games.

But now, right before her eyes, it exists vividly.

As an orphan, she also spent her childhood wandering the streets.

She had also helplessly asked passersby for help, but she hadn't encountered any kind people.

But she survived.

A predetermined fairy tale cannot be changed.

What if the fairy tale before our eyes could work?

Su Deng couldn't pretend she didn't see it. After staring at the little match girl in silence for a few seconds, she bought a blanket from the system store, took out a portion of the food she had stored in the warehouse for Su Muye, and handed it to her.

The warmth of the blanket thawed the little girl's stiff body. She trembled as she reached out her hand, smelled the aroma of the biscuits, swallowed hard, and exclaimed, overwhelmed with gratitude, "Thank you, fairy sister!"

Su Deng lowered her eyes and pondered for a moment, "Go out of the city and follow the path eastward into the forest, where someone will take you in."

The little girl ate her food heartily, tears streaming down her face, and almost knelt down to kowtow to her, saying, "Thank you, fairy sister!"

Su Deng shook her head, didn't linger, and continued walking towards the palace.

Under the heavy snow, Acha lay back on Su Deng's shoulder and licked her fur. "Meow, good people will be rewarded."

"Then I'm not a good person," Su Deng scoffed.

"I will bless you." Acha's sapphire-blue eyes sparkled.

Su Deng scoffed, "Then you should bless me to enter the palace first."

The palace was vast and luxurious, standing amidst heavy snowfall.

Even in heavy snow, the guards remained tight.

The city wall is too high; there's no way to climb it.

"Look at my cat~"

If it weren't for the heavy snow, Acha's black hair could blend completely into the night.

It flew over, like a wisp of smoke, and circled among the guards at the gate, causing them to collapse instantly.

The door opened automatically.

"Meow!" Acha meowed at her, humming proudly, "Isn't this great master amazing!"

"Impressive." Su Deng chuckled softly and slipped inside.

The palace is even larger inside.

Acha floated up to a guard, her blue eyes flashing as she looked at him, causing the guard's gaze to become unfocused.

Where does the Queen live?

"There."

The guarding machine pointed a finger.

This cat is quite capable.

Su Deng raised an eyebrow. "You're not some witch's cat, are you?"

She remembered reading before that many witches kept a black cat.

"Don't compare me to those cats!" Acha sneered.

Su Deng didn't dwell on the issue and headed towards her residence in the royal palace.

Quiet.

Su Deng, sword in hand, prepared herself before pushing open the door and entering.

After searching around for a long time, I didn't see a single person in the Queen's palace.

"The Queen is not in the palace." Acha returned after wandering around outside alone.

Are they still chasing Snow White outside?

Could it be that she was responsible for tonight's massive food poisoning in the forest?

They came looking for the Queen, but after all their efforts, she wasn't there.

Su Deng frowned slightly, but still went inside to examine the Queen's residence, hoping to find any clues about the magic mirror.

Acha floated around and finally landed in front of the dressing table on the left side of the Queen's bedroom. "There is a strong demonic aura here."

There is a mirror on the dressing table, reflecting a person and a cat under the lamplight.

Su Deng tapped the mirror with her finger, and ripples suddenly appeared on the surface.

“My dear Queen…” The mirror emitted a hoarse, grating sound, but stopped abruptly when it realized that it wasn’t the Queen outside. “Who are you people!”

Su Deng was startled, grabbed Acha's tail and took a few steps back, staring at the mirror with a strange expression on her face, "Are you a magic mirror?"

"Of course." The mirror remained unfazed, its voice alluring. "Beautiful girl, you are indeed more beautiful than Snow White and the Queen, it's just a pity there's something ominous about you~"

This mirror was more than twice the size of the magic mirror on Su Deng's body.

If this is a magic mirror, then what was the one she took from Snow White?

Two magic mirrors?

Su Deng's lips curled slightly. "Tell me in detail what makes it so ominous?"

The mirror said, "Your misfortune comes from the black cat beside you. Sacrifice it to me, and I will make you the most beautiful and powerful person in the world, how about that?"

"You're the unlucky one! How dare you call me unlucky!" Acha bristled, rising from the air and baring her teeth in an attack stance. "I'm going to smash you to pieces!"

But it didn't pounce; its body was pinned down by Su Deng's hand.

"Let me go!" Acha struggled. "How dare he call me unlucky and want me to sacrifice myself for him? He doesn't deserve it with just a magic mirror. I'll fight him to the death!"

It only said something ominous, and it didn't get angry when Qin Xian said it before, but it reacted so strongly now.

However, there are indeed folk legends that suggest black cats represent bad luck.

However, many believe that black cats represent luck and wealth.

Su Deng was not superstitious and didn't care whether the black cat was auspicious or inauspicious.

The magic mirror was clearly trying to bewitch her by saying that.

Unfortunately, she was without desires and was not a fairy tale character.
