After taking off two pieces, Su Deng stopped taking off any more.
The puppets here include both male and female figures. If they were actually transformed from humans, stripping them naked would be rather immoral.
Although she lacked morals, it wasn't right to strip someone naked, so she just turned over their clothes and looked at their body.
There was nothing particularly unusual about it.
Qin Xian asked in a low voice, "What kind of monsters are here?"
"There must be a monster that can turn people into puppets," Su Deng said slowly.
Qin Xian looked around and said, "All the puppets here look the same. How are we supposed to find them?"
If all the puppets here were real people, then finding the three real children would be much easier.
Let's take a gamble.
Su Deng looked around at the puppets again, then randomly pointed to three that looked the youngest, "Them."
"My sister is so smart! I'll give her a reward then!"
With a drawn-out, high-pitched laugh, all the puppets in the room disappeared, turning into specks of light that converged in the center of the room to form a person.
A child.
She wore a black and white vest and overalls, had short, fluffy black hair, and a delicate, porcelain-like face that was overly pale.
"Su Muye?!"
Qin Xian reacted even faster than Su Deng and ran over to check on him.
"Su Muye? Su Muye!" Qin Xian gently patted Su Muye's little face. "Can you hear me? Wake up!"
Su Deng was stunned for a moment, looking at Qin Xian and Su Muye who were trying to wake Su Muye, her eyes filled with an unfathomable darkness.
Su Muye woke up after Qin Xian called out to him with great effort.
“Uncle Qin Xian…” Su Muyi was stunned when she saw Qin Xian holding her. When she saw Su Deng beside her, her eyes widened and tears welled up in her eyes. “I dreamed about Mom again…”
"Su Muye." Su Deng squatted down, hugged him in her arms, and said gently, "It's not a dream, it really is me."
"Mom..." She could feel it; she wasn't dreaming. Su Muyue threw herself into her arms and burst into tears, "Mom!!"
Su Deng rubbed his head. "I'm here."
Su Muye's eyes were red and swollen from crying, and she stopped crying when her voice was hoarse. "I thought I would never see my mother again!"
Su Deng's eyes were gentle. "It's alright now."
Qin Xian was also very happy. He carried Su Muye and followed Su Deng out of the room.
Su Muye originally wanted to follow Su Deng, but Qin Xian said that if something happened ahead, they would become a burden to Su Deng, so Su Muye didn't cling to Su Deng and had Qin Xian carry him.
There were no lights in the castle, only the light emanating from the eyes of the puppets that were everywhere, making the place eerie and sinister.
A cold, damp wind blew from time to time.
It's scarier than a haunted house.
At the end of this corridor is a wall.
“There’s no road…” Su Deng was slightly taken aback and turned around to look back.
But they found that there was another wall behind them.
The path we just walked on has completely disappeared.
Qin Xian hugged Su Muye and huddled behind Su Deng to hide, "Could it be another time we're trapped in a maze of ghosts..."
Su Muye muttered to himself, "This isn't what being trapped in a maze looks like."
Su Deng didn't say anything, walked to the wall behind her, and touched it with her hand.
It's a real wall, very sturdy.
It's on all four sides.
There were no roads on any of the four sides.
It was like a rectangular box, trapping them inside. Apart from the puppets hanging on the walls, there were no other mechanisms.
Su Deng glanced at Qin Xian and Su Muye beside her, took out a dagger, and stabbed it into the wall with all her might.
"ah!"
A sharp cry of pain rang out, startling Qin Xian, who hugged Su Muyue even tighter. "Don't be afraid, little Ye!"
"Xiao You..." Su Muyue recognized the voice and paused, then tentatively looked around and asked, "Are you Xiao You?"
Su Deng's pupils contracted slightly as she turned to look at Su Muyue. "You know Xiao You?"
Su Muye nodded, "A friend I met while I was looking for my mother in this game world."
Su Deng: "Holding a doll in a red dress?"
Su Muyue nodded again, "Does Mom know her too?"
Su Deng: "...I guess we know each other."
What exactly is this Xiao You?
Su Deng's eyes darkened. She pulled the dagger from the wall and stabbed it in again, all the way to the hilt.
really!
The same screams rang out again.
Xiao You's angry voice rang out, "If you stab me again, I'm going to get angry!"
Su Deng remained expressionless and plunged the dagger in again. "Give birth to him then."
"Aaaaaah!" Xiao You screamed, starting to go crazy.
All the puppets in the sealed space began to riot, emitting sharp, piercing laughter as they bared their teeth and claws and charged forward.
Su Deng quickly shielded Qin Xian and Su Muye behind her, swung her sword to smash the puppets, and finally thrust her sword into the wall directly in front of her.
After the same cry of pain rang out, the wall in front of them disappeared.
By this point, Su Deng had roughly guessed some of the answers.
This puppet monster might be the final boss of this dungeon.
And this puppet castle is the lair of the puppet monster.
The walls here move; perhaps, as Qin Xian said, this ancient castle is alive.
To be more precise, this ancient castle is the puppet monster BOSS itself!
When she scratched the wall with the knife, she didn't use much force, just like scratching the surface of her skin, so it didn't hurt or itch and therefore didn't react.
But now, the dagger had gone in too deep, and it felt pain.
If that's the case, to kill it, all you need to do is find its heart.
The heart should be in the very center of the castle.
Almost all the corridors and rooms here look the same, so how do I find my way?
