The bloodstains ran down the floor and into the next room. The next room was empty, with the door open, and there was a hairy black leg on the floor.
It looks like a person, but not quite. It must have been cut off with a single stroke; the cut is clean and it's still bleeding.
Apart from that, there was nothing else, and the player Sicily was nowhere to be seen.
After pondering for a moment, Su Deng left the room and continued to look inside.
There are 12 rooms and 12 doors in this corridor.
At this time, 7 doors were open.
Su Deng didn't check the room with the door closed, but walked towards the one with the door open.
Sicily stayed in room 608.
Room 609 is locked.
Room 610 was open, and the doorway was covered in blood; the bloodstains were black and somewhat dried.
Su Deng stood at the door, peeking inside from the side. She saw that the entire white bed inside was stained red with blood, and under the blood-red blankets, a man's limbs were torn apart, with a large hole in his chest.
After he was split apart, his heart was ripped out.
...is a player.
Su Deng remained calm and continued walking towards the next room.
611 was closed, but the area in front of it was clean.
612 was open, and instead of blood, there was a thick layer of frost at the door. Standing at the door, you could feel the chill emanating from inside the house.
Su Deng held her sword tightly in her hand and walked in cautiously.
They discovered that all the windows of the room had been broken, and a cold wind carrying snowflakes was blowing wildly in from the outside. Everything inside the room was frozen stiff, and there were two people frozen solid.
They also have names above their heads; they are game players.
Seeing that the two of them were frozen solid, Su Deng curiously tapped them, and the living ice sculptures immediately cracked and shattered, crashing to the ground.
Su Deng: "..."
She remained expressionless and spent another day tapping on another frozen player, until the ice sculpture cracked and shattered into ice shards.
It was too cold in the room, and after finding nothing else, Su Deng left.
She walked back.
Rooms 605 and 604 are both open.
There was a pile of body parts on the bed in room 605, and a jumble of footprints on the floor.
Room 604 was empty, there was no blood, and there was spilled food on the floor.
The door to room 601 was ajar. Su Deng pushed the door open with the tip of her sword and was taken aback when she saw what was inside.
The curtains in the room were all drawn, and there were no frost flowers condensing outside the window; everything outside could be clearly seen.
A figure stood in front of the window inside the house.
Without even looking at his face or his figure, Su Deng could guess who he was just by his half-disheveled, dark green hair.
Hearing footsteps behind him, the person by the window didn't turn around, their voice cold and indifferent: "Get out if you don't want to die."
Su Deng was silent for three seconds, then called out softly, "Yan Sizhan".
The other person paused slightly, turned their head to look at her.
Upon recognizing the person, Yan Sizhan paused for a moment, then frowned slightly: "Have we... met somewhere before?"
Su Deng: "..."
In every game instance, there is the same Yan Sizhan.
But ever since she killed Yan Sizhan with her own hands in the castle, Yan Sizhan has never recognized her in any of the dungeons they meet again.
Even though they have seen and known each other thousands of times.
After regaining her senses, Su Deng smiled faintly, shook her head and said "No," then turned and left the room.
Yan Sizhan didn't chase after him; a hint of confusion flickered in his eyes as he looked towards the doorway.
*
Su Deng ignored him and took the mechanical elevator downstairs.
She stopped on the fifth floor and went out to look at the rooms on that floor.
Blood was splattered everywhere in the corridor. Some doors were open and some were closed, not much different from the situation on the sixth floor.
Su Deng went straight down to the first floor.
The manager stood at the front desk with a standard posture. When he saw someone come out of the mechanical elevator, he immediately smiled and said, "Good morning, sir. Did you sleep well last night? There was something unusual at the hotel. I hope it didn't disturb you?"
Just as Su Deng was about to speak, the contents of the check-in manual flashed through her mind, and her gaze unconsciously fell on his chest.
He didn't have a badge on his chest!
"Sir?" Seeing that the other party did not speak, the manager came out from behind the table. "Would you like breakfast or room service? There are still five hours until the end of the winter cold wave. You will need to extend your stay..."
"Snap!"
As he drew closer and closer, Su Deng didn't wait for him to finish speaking before she swung her sword down hard on his head!
The person in charge's head instantly fell off, rolled several times on the ground before coming to a stop, and electric current crackled and popped from his neck as he remained standing...
Is it a robot?!
Su Deng was slightly taken aback, but following the rules, he slashed the person in charge a few more times to make sure he was dead. As he was about to turn around and leave the hotel, a milky white ball of light floated out from the already dead body.
Su Deng was startled again, reached out and caught it. The ball of light disappeared automatically the moment it touched her hand, and the game system panel popped up automatically.

Su Deng: "..."
A moment later, she composed herself, followed the hotel's rules, killed the manager, and left the hotel.
The moment the door opened, a wave of freezing frost hit her, making her shiver. Just as Su Deng was about to retreat back into the hotel, she heard a series of cracking sounds coming from inside, like the hotel splitting and collapsing.
Su Deng's expression hardened slightly. Just as she was trying to find another hiding place before she was frozen, a black figure descended from the sky and gracefully landed in front of her, shielding her from all the sweeping cold wind and snow.
Su Deng paused slightly and looked up.
Yan Sizhan remained expressionless. "Did you kill the front desk manager?"
Su Deng: "...I was just following the hotel's rules."
