Being trapped in one place, unable to get out no matter what, in darkness and oppression, anyone would break down after staying there for a long time.
This helpless despair in a dark and sunless space is more terrifying than staying in a cave with a coffin as a companion.
Su Deng kept telling herself that this was just a game, and every game has a way to be solved. She tried to adjust her mindset, squatted down, and drew the path she had just walked based on her memory.
Apart from the dead ends where there was no way out, none of the other passages we took were the same.
They're going around in circles, but they haven't walked through the same passage twice...
Or, the world inside the mirror has no exit.
Or perhaps, this place is unimaginably large.
That discomfort of seeing a monster surged through my body again.
There are no safe houses.
The path of slowly finding an exit was crossed out by Su Deng.
That is to find the monster and kill it.
A monster that can manipulate mirrors, able to travel through them...
Then there must be a part of its original form in this mirror maze!
If we search piece by piece, who knows when we'll find it.
"We're not going to be trapped here, are we? Su Deng, you have to think of something..."
"Zhou Ming is dying! Please save him..."
Jia Lele was still hugging Zhou Ming, crying and screaming in despair.
Even with her good temper, Su Deng grew impatient with the constant nagging. "Shut up!"
Su Deng has become terrifying.
Jia Lele shrank her neck and hugged Zhou Ming, feeling even more aggrieved.
Su Deng pinched her brow with her fingertips to keep herself alert and on high alert, then got up and walked back to the mirror where she had entered.
No shadow could be seen, but the pool of blood inside was clearly visible.
There is space in this mirror.
Su Deng raised her hand and knocked, but couldn't tell if it was empty inside.
Su Deng kicked it, but there wasn't even a shoe print on the mirror.
Su Deng lowered her eyes, opened her palm, picked up the dagger and cut her palm. She didn't even frown as she watched the blood spill out. She then placed her palm on the mirror in front of her.
Bright red blood flowed down the mirror, but did not fall to the ground.
Instead, it was absorbed by the mirror.
This mirror is indeed alive!
The next moment, Su Deng swiftly withdrew her hand from the mirror, and with her other hand holding a dagger, she stabbed it into the bloodstain on the mirror.
"ah!"
A sharp scream rang out, and blood began to flow from the mirror in front of them!
It wasn't the blood left on her hands.
Instead, it was black blood overflowing from the mirror!
Without hesitation, Su Deng swung his knife again and threw the torch over!
"ah!"
"How did you find out!"
Click—
Accompanied by several shrill screams, the mirror began to shatter from the bleeding center, exploding with a loud bang.
Then the other mirrors exploded in a chain reaction.
Su Deng immediately crouched down and used her coat to protect her head, thus avoiding being cut by the flying shards of glass.
Jia Lele screamed in fright at the sight.
After all the mirrors shattered, a small white square house appeared before them.
Countless images of her were reflected in the shattered glass around her.
It's a gamble, a gamble that blood is attractive to monsters.
The bet was right.
Su Deng took a deep breath and turned to find Jia Lele and Zhou Ming, "Do you want to stay in the safe house or go out?"
We haven't fully left the Mirror Room yet, and we still don't know what the main quest is. This is such a huge amusement park, and monsters are everywhere.
These two people are clearly a burden, and Su Deng doesn't want to bring them along.
But this is an NPC; only NPCs can trigger quests in the game.
She then left the decision to Jia Lele.
"Go home! I want to go home!" Jia Lele was on the verge of a mental breakdown, tightly hugging the unconscious Zhou Ming. "Save Zhou Ming! I need to find a doctor to save Zhou Ming! Su Deng, you're so amazing, please save Zhou Ming..."
Su Deng is not a doctor, nor does she know any healing techniques.
Neither the park's rules nor the newspaper articles provide much data.
All that is known is that this strange rule of the park appeared seven years ago.
In July 2015, following the deaths at Monster Park.
Su Deng licked the tip of her teeth. "How much do you know about Monster Paradise?"
"I don't know..." Jia Lele shook her head in a daze, then suddenly seemed to remember something and became agitated, "Monster! I saw with my own eyes that some of my classmates turned into monsters!"
Zhou Ming had done his research before choosing to come here.
All twelve members of the exploration club have seen it.
Jia Lele then remembered something and hastily pulled a notebook from her person. "Zhou Ming's investigation said there are real monsters in this park. This is what I got from him when I found him..."
The laptop was very old and worn, with dark red stains on it.
I don't know if it's blood.
Su Deng took it, opened it, and glanced at it.
It appears to be a diary.
The handwriting is still legible.
