Chapter 58 Monster Paradise (9) Then send her to her death

With a muffled groan, Long Yi swung his sword, sending the dark figure flying. The figure crashed heavily into a nearby pool and died.

"Oh shit!"

Long Yi stared at the missing shard in his hand, cursed under his breath, rubbed the bloody scratch on his wrist, and sneered at Su Deng, "I'll let you go for now!"

Then they left quickly, and no one knows where they went.

That dark figure just now looked like the little monster from the mirror maze.

Su Deng paused for a moment, then walked towards the pool not far away.

The pool was pitch black under the cover of night, without even a ripple.

Su Deng stood there for a while, just as she was about to leave to continue farming monster fragments, a string of bubbles rose from the edge of the water, and a black figure floated out from within, looking like a wolf but with rabbit ears.

One of the ears was torn in half.

Blood spread through the water.

It really was that little monster!

After making eye contact with Su Deng, he seemed to be startled and leaped out of the water to run away, but after a few steps he turned back.

There was a scratch on his back, the flesh turned inside out, and water and blood mixed together in his wet fur. The sword wound on his hind leg was obvious, making him stagger as he walked.

Su Deng stood up in defense.

But the monster stopped five meters away from her, lying on the stone steps at the edge of the pool, and spat something out of its mouth.

Upon closer inspection, it was clearly the monster fragment that Long Yi had snatched from Su Deng.

Seeing Su Deng looking this way, the little monster pushed the fragments towards her with its front paws.

Su Deng was taken aback. "For me?"

"Waaah..."

The little monster couldn't speak, but it nodded with a whimper.

Su Deng was stunned, and for some reason felt that the little monster's gaze towards her contained a hint of sadness and dependence. "You know me..."

"Waaah..."

The little monster shook its head violently, and before she could say anything more, it limped away, covered in wounds, and staggered off.

Su Deng looked in the direction it had left, picked up the broken pieces from the ground, and for some reason, suddenly thought of Su Muye.

In this monster park, apart from NPCs like Jia Lele and the players, there seem to be no other living people.

They're all monsters.

If Su Muye were truly bound to her, then whichever game she entered, Su Muye would follow her into that game.

Because Su Muye is a heretic, he is not under the control of the Divine Court Technology system. He cannot go in or out, nor can he enter the Spirit Realm. He can only travel through various game instances and exist in the game as a semi-NPC.

Is it possible that if Su Muye is really here, he might be in the form of a monster...?

The little monster that followed her into the mirror maze never harmed her; it even bit the mirror monster.

Just now, it snatched the fragment from the dragon's hand and gave it to itself...

The sadness and familiarity in his eyes...

Su Muye!

Could it really be Su Muye?

Su Deng's pupils contracted.

If you're unsure, then verify it.

Su Deng put away the fragments and chased after the little monster in the direction it had left.

But the little monster had disappeared without a trace.

“Ga ga ga ga…”

Instead, monsters were everywhere.

The empty roller coaster seemed to come alive, circling overhead and emitting eerie, piercing sounds.

Su Deng pursed her lips and rushed toward the nearest monster, deciding to search for fragments while farming them, so as not to waste any time.

The monsters here seem to attack people mentally and physically, without using their limbs to launch any attacks.

That's quite a killing opportunity.

However, the drop rate is very low.

Even killing five of them doesn't guarantee you'll get a single fragment.

Instead, I felt mentally exhausted, with a dizzying discomfort surging up from my body and mind, and my body was so weak that I could barely hold the dagger.

When Su Deng killed the seventh person, he took the second fragment and entered a red safe house. He sat on the ground with his back against the wall, his back and forehead covered in fine cold sweat.

It took me a while to recover.

Su Deng took out the mirror shards and the triangular shards from the warehouse.

Put the three together.

Can't match.

The monster in the mirror shards still resembled Su Deng, roaring ferociously as if trying to break free.

The other two fragments were still objects, with nothing unusual about them.

The instructions inside this safe house are the same as the one we entered at the beginning.

Su Deng ignored it completely. After all the discomfort in her body disappeared, she put away the fragments and rushed out again.

A three-eyed crawling monster is right in front of us.

Just as Su Deng was about to attack, a silver spear wreathed in green flames was a step ahead of her, piercing straight through the monster.

The monster instantly turned to ashes, leaving behind a fragment.

A man with long, dark green hair descended from the sky, his black eyes as deep as an abyss.

What a fucking bad luck.

How come this lunatic can't be killed?!

However, if he could be killed so easily, then he wouldn't be an executor of the Divine Court.

Su Deng pursed her lips, afraid that this neurotic executive might do something strange again, or even kill her. She turned around and wanted to take another route, but Yan Sizhan flashed and blocked her way.

Su Deng gritted her teeth, about to say something, but Yan Sizhan reached out and pulled back the spear, then rushed out with a light step.

Yan Sizhan gripped the spear handle and flew along the road like a whirlwind. With each thrust of his spear, monsters vanished in his wake. His movements were so graceful and ethereal that they were impossible to see clearly.

In just a few breaths, Yan Sizhan had dealt with more than a dozen monsters of all sizes in the vicinity.

Su Deng tried to take the opportunity to leave, but she didn't have time.

Yan Sizhan stopped in front of her, holding a long spear in one hand, and extended his other hand in front of her.

With pale skin, distinct finger bones, and long, clean fingers, four monster fragments of different shapes lay quietly in his hand.
