“It’s not a matter of whether you dare or not. Look, if you really risk your life, what will happen to your granddaughter if something happens to you? And what about the child you held last time? Are you just going to abandon them?”
The old lady was stunned for a moment and didn't say anything.
“Auntie, I’ve come here today to have a proper talk with you. I know you’re a reasonable person. This land belongs to the public. Even if we don’t build a power station on it today, we’ll use it for something else another day. It can’t just sit idle like this forever, right?”
"I don't care about him." The old lady was still stubborn, but she no longer had the same imposing manner as before.
“If we move this place now, at least we can discuss it with you properly. We can think about how to help you with your requests. But if we encounter an unreasonable person, you will not only get nothing, but you may also be bullied. Why would you want that?”
"Are you trying to scare this old woman? I'm right here, let's see who can do anything to me!"

I heard that Mi Liang has a lot of influence in the village, and most people give him face and listen to him. Maybe if he speaks for her, the old lady will agree.
But he didn't know the exact location of Mi Liang's house. He was wondering if he should ask someone first when he saw Mi Liang walking over from the spot where the old lady had just appeared.
Mi Liang was also surprised to see Wang Tianxiao. She quickly walked over and grabbed his arm. "Brother Wang, why didn't you tell me you were coming to our Mi Family Village? I told you I would treat you to the best tofu pudding in our village."
Wang Tianxiao laughed and said, "I came at the last minute and haven't had time to inform Brother Mi yet."

Just as Wang Tianxiao was in a dilemma, Mi Liang noticed his predicament and said to Wang Tianxiao with a wry smile, "Brother Wang, please forgive my predicament. My mother is like this. If you're talking about love, in her mind, the other person is dead.
If there are no feelings involved, why then do they so devotedly guard a tomb that doesn't actually exist?

Wang Tianxiao didn't want to speculate further; it was someone else's private matter and had nothing to do with him.
