Two shots hit the bear's exposed belly directly.
The bear's massive body landed on the ground. It angrily looked at Cui Wanshan, who was hiding behind a tree, and then at the place where Wang Tianxiao was lying in ambush.
Suddenly turning around, it ran behind the tree where it was hiding, its wound still visible.
Using the trees as a barrier, it took four steps and leaped wildly into the depths of the forest.

This is not a particularly clever strategy.

But ironically, he had just been thinking of waiting for Wang Tianxiao to come over together.
And having chased it for so long, I subconsciously felt that the bear must have disappeared because its view was blocked by the trees in the distance.
