Li Chenxi looked at the girl whose expression had suddenly changed drastically. Was she afraid of him?
A sudden pang of pain shot through my heart. I was about to say, "Don't be afraid..." when I saw the girl's face turn deathly pale as she backed away, as if she had seen something terrifying. "Hanhan, what's wrong?"
Li Chenxi could no longer care about anything else and stepped forward to hug the girl. "Don't be afraid! Your mother is fine." He gently stroked the girl's trembling body.
Hanhan was engulfed in horrifying memories. She saw the women who had been tortured to death, heard Xiao Zhiqiang's confession, and witnessed the scene of her and her two sisters being surrounded and humiliated by several people. She could almost hear the sound of clothes tearing...
"Hanhan, don't be afraid!" Li Chenxi noticed that the girl was trembling more and more, her teeth were chattering, and her face was blank, no longer as lively as before!
How could this be? She gently stroked the girl's tightly clenched lips, which were filled with fear. "Hanhan, wake up!" Seeing that the girl was still unresponsive and a line of blood had appeared on her lips, Li Chenxi felt her eyes sting. What had she gone through to make her so terrified?
"Hanhan, wake up, can you hear me!" The girl suddenly closed her eyes, her body slowly slumping down. Li Chenxi's heart clenched. He quickly helped her sit on the ground, gently patting her face. "Hanhan..." his voice trembled. "Hanhan, wake up! I'll make you something delicious. Whatever you want to eat, I'll make it for you. Don't sleep..." Tears streamed down his face. Feeling the girl's breath growing weaker, he could no longer control his emotions and screamed frantically, "Save her! Someone, please save her!"
"Sister!" Xin Xin had just finished feeding them the treatment fluid when she heard Li Chenxi's scream. She quickly ran over, took out another treatment potion, and poured it into her sister's mouth. Li Chenxi looked at the little girl with teary eyes, feeling annoyed. Why hadn't he thought of that? But seeing the girl who was still unconscious, his heart jumped again!
Di Tian was beating Timur when he heard this sound. He threw Timur, whose head was swollen like a pig's head, aside and rushed over. Looking at the girl who was on the verge of death but had no injuries, he was also helpless.
He checked the girl's breathing again; it was relatively stable. There was only one possibility: she didn't want to wake up. Looking at the man's gaze, she said, "She won't die!"
Li Chenxi's tears stopped instantly. She stared at the woman in front of her in shock. It was indeed their Commander Leng, but what was with that man's voice? "When...when will she wake up?"

He wasn't foolish enough to contract everyone, and he absolutely refused to admit that he was afraid of women fighting him to the death. Rather, he was afraid of wasting his mental energy, since these people were all resistant to him!
"Di Tian, quickly let Amei out!" Jia Renyi grabbed Xinbao, who was about to go find her mother, and said urgently.
Di Tian scoffed, "You want to kick me out right after you've used me? You guys have no shame."

"I want my mom to hold me!" she said, sobbing as she hugged the man's neck.
"Di Tian!" Jia Renyi said, looking at the man's eyes as he gestured for him to leave quickly.
"He's unconscious, he won't come back!" Di Tian mouthed to the man.
Xin Xin's cries grew louder and louder, making people's eardrums hurt. Jia Renyi was angry when he saw Di Tian looking at the sky and the ground and not paying attention to them. He walked over to him and said, "Daddy will take you to find Mommy."
Di Tian turned around upon hearing the sound and saw Jia Renyi shoving the child at him. "You..."
"Mom!" Xin Xin hugged Di Tian's neck tightly, sobbing and choking back tears, cutting Di Tian off.
"This child is her life, you decide what to do!!!" Seeing Di Tian's frustrated look, Jia Renyi's mood finally improved a bit.
Di Tian's eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. "I, a dignified god from another world, are you asking me to coax a child?!" His breathing became heavy.
"Mommy, does your throat hurt?" Xinbao asked, her eyes brimming with tears as she looked at her mother's mouth.
Di Tian: "..." (shakes his head)
"(⊙o⊙)Wah..." The crying grew even louder as she hugged Di Tian's neck!
Jia Renyi glared at Di Tian fiercely, "Why don't you try to coax her a little!"
"I can't!" Di Tian mouthed. Di Tian felt a cold sweat break out all over his body. Who the hell was going to save him? Watching the man turn and leave, he grabbed the child and leaped into the air!
Li Chenxi was utterly shocked! Xinxin couldn't understand, but he understood—this wasn't Commander Leng. Looking at the unconscious Hanhan in his arms, his heart ached unbearably. Did she really not have a mother anymore? Tears streamed down his face. "Wake up quickly! I'll make you fragrant and sweet roasted chestnuts, and your favorite sweet and sour pork ribs, sweet and sour fish, and cola chicken wings..."
Zhou Zhan was about to go see Hanhan when Jia Renyi stopped him, saying, "Someone's in charge!"
Seeing Li Chenxi crying with snot and tears streaming down her face, Zhou Zhan's lips twitched.
Hanhan felt surrounded by darkness. She cowered in a corner, too afraid to go out! She kept praying in her heart: "Mommy, please come and save me!"
Suddenly she heard someone crying, a heart-wrenching cry. Just as she was about to tell them to stop, she heard a string of dish names, making her mouth water. She thought to herself that she could have been a little braver, so she slowly stood up and walked towards the direction of the sound...
