After finally making it to the base, he watched as the woman and Xiao Zhiqiang finished handing over everything while laughing and joking, but she looked at him with icy eyes.
"Professor Jia, what did you do to offend her?" Zhou Zhan asked, puzzled. He had noticed it all before; Amei used to look at Professor Jia with an undisguised smile in her eyes! But she hadn't even glanced at them the whole way.
"Get away from me!" Jia Renyi's face was clouded with anger. He didn't dare to chase after her until he saw her go upstairs. "Amei, wait for me. Tell me why you're angry, okay?" His voice was trembling.
"Think about what you've done?"
Watching the woman disappear around the corner of the stairs without turning her head, Jia Renyi suddenly realized something...
But it was because he loved her that he made a mistake – he shouldn't have kept it from her!

He stood there for an unknown amount of time until the two children rushed out the door. "Uncle Jia, are you here to see my mom?" Hanhan asked疑惑地. Leng Fengmei glanced at Jia Renyi and went back to her room. Looking at the man who had followed her, she held out her hand, "Give me the things!"

"Jia Renyi, are you crazy!" Zhou Zhan quickly came over. "Amei, don't be angry. I was also involved in this. I promise this will never happen again!"
"You guys go out, I want to be alone! Zhou Zhan, take this with you, don't let anyone see it." After saying that, he turned and went back to his room.
Seeing that Jia Renyi was not moving, Zhou Zhan quickly pulled him away.
The two closed the door and went to Jia Renyi's room together.
"What's wrong with you?" Zhou Zhan glared at him angrily.
