"Boom boom..."
Not long after Lin Ruo and the others left, a heavy truck drove up from a distance. In the truck bed sat more than twenty team members wearing special operations uniforms on the outside, as well as several middle-aged men dressed in ordinary clothes.
As the truck approached the body, a team member jumped out of the truck bed and quickly ran to examine the body lying on the ground. He frowned as he examined it, and finally looked utterly astonished.

The team member who had been standing nearby whispered, "Captain, how do we report this? These three teams are notorious for their misconduct. I heard their captain has connections in higher-ups..."
"Report it?" Jiang Yue stood up and scoffed. "Report what? What did you see?"
The soldier was taken aback for a moment, then realized what was happening and immediately saluted, "Yes, sir! I didn't see anything!"
Jiang Yue patted the team member on the shoulder, "Tell the brothers to keep their mouths shut."
"Yes!" The team member nodded, then asked curiously, "Captain, who do you think killed them?"
"Who are they? Superhumans, of course!" Jiang Yue's eyes grew colder. "The base's higher-ups protect superhumans so much, yet they don't see how dangerous these people are. They should actually take pictures of these corpses and show them what kind of trash their precious superhumans really are!"
“Our base only has five superhumans,” the team member said with a look of dissatisfaction. “These people have too many privileges in the base. They’re practically on par with the higher-ups. I wonder if they really have any skills.”
He then looked at the corpse on the ground and the spent cartridge cases scattered around him, and sighed, "If those people were all at this level, they would indeed be very impressive."
“They’re nowhere near as good as this guy,” Jiang Yue scoffed as he walked toward the truck. “They couldn’t find any truly capable people, but they’re treating a bunch of useless trash like treasures.”
They only stayed for a minute before leaving, turning on the loudspeaker on their truck as they departed: "Attention citizens, City B has established its own official base, but the rescue team is limited in size. Please make your own way there. The base address is..."
Since the last time the rescue team went into the city to rescue the people, the authorities calculated that the amount of weapons consumed was extremely mismatched with the number of people rescued. When A-Liu saw them returning from afar, she waved her willow branches in the air to greet them.

Lin Ruo nodded and smiled as she put the pheasant into her spatial storage. "It seems everyone had a good haul today."
Open the gates of the fortress and go inside. The fireplace inside is still burning brightly, and the room is warm.
Afu and Ashou quickly went inside, and Lin Ruo then closed the fortress gate and took off her coat.
The first priority now is to give Afu and Ashou a bath. They have a lot of blood and dirt on them and must be cleaned.

Lin Ruo turned on the smart robot vacuum cleaner in the living room, then went to the bathroom in the bedroom to take a hot shower, changed into her pajamas, and then left the room.
She began to prepare food for the three big eaters without stopping. As they grew bigger, their appetites also grew bigger. Afu and Ashou could now eat 60 jin of mutated meat in one meal, which was 360 jin of raw meat a day. As for Aliu outside, Lin Ruo was now feeding it the same food as Afu and Ashou.
