"You are all standing there making fun of our Gu family. The Gu family will not collapse. Just wait and see." With another blow, Gu Feiyi, who had been pampered since childhood, suddenly started bleeding from his hand.
"And Jiang Zhe, you idiot, you actually had a trick up your sleeve before you died, damn it!" Gu Feiyi casually threw away the soy milk in his hand and, in a very angry manner, pulled out the training list that Jiang Zhe had given him not long ago from his pocket. The blood on his hand flowed down and onto the list.
Looking at the blood on my hands and then at the list that was absorbing the blood, I inexplicably thought of some of the magical parts of those novels, so I stopped being anxious and just sat down and waited.
"Haha, aren't you scared?" A voice suddenly rang out. Fortunately, Gu Feiyi had chosen a remote place to hide in order to avoid people. Now, basically no one passed by this alley.
"Who is it?" Gu Feiyi looked around warily. Was he exposed? Or had he been found? Either way, it was bad: "Come out."
"I am in front of you," the voice continued. "Can't you see me?"
Gu Feiyi was puzzled. The voice didn't sound hostile at all. He wondered what was going on. Right in front of him? There was nothing in front of him except the blood-stained list. Could it be? He didn't know if it was his eyes, but after being hungry for so long, Gu Feiyi felt as if the list had a more distinct aura.
"Yes, this is me." After absorbing the blood, the list suddenly broke away from Gu Feiyi's hand and flew into the air, and then did a somersault dramatically, like a human.
"Come out, stop playing tricks!" It was unclear whether Gu Feiyi was frightened or had other plans, but he picked up a discarded stick and looked around cautiously: "Come out quickly, don't think you can fool me like this."
"As expected, stupid human." Looking at the incoherent Gu Feiyi, the voice was full of contempt and disdain: "No need to look for it, the piece of paper I have is the one in front of you. No, it's inside the paper in front of you."
A shadow really appeared here, just as Gu Feiyi had dreamed when he was unconscious. Gu Feiyi felt that it was God coming to save him.
"Excuse me, sir, who are you?" Gu Feiyi raised his hands and made an awkward salute to the paper still floating in the air: "Gu Feiyi, I respectfully welcome you, sir."
"I am Chaos, the largest divine beast on this planet." A feeling of pride emerged. The so-called Chaos, perhaps because he had been lonely for a long time and had no one to talk to, began to tell Gu Feiyi about his origins.
(Hundun, also known as Hun Dun or Hun Dun, is said to be plump and fiery red, with four wings and six legs. Although it lacks facial features, it is capable of singing, dancing, and music. Another theory states that Hun Dun is a dog- or bear-like creature, invisible and inaudible to humans. It often bites its tail and giggles. If it encounters a noble person, Hun Dun will commit violence, but if it encounters an evil person, Hun Dun will obey their command.
Hun Dun was deified, materialized, and anthropomorphized in ancient Chinese legends. In "Zhuangzi: Responding to the Emperor," there's a line that reads, "The Emperor of the South Sea is Shu, the Emperor of the North Sea is Hu, and the Emperor of the Central Sea is Hun Dun." It also states, "Shu and Hu occasionally met in Hun Dun's land, and Hun Dun treated them very kindly. Shu and Hu conspired to repay Hun Dun's kindness, saying, 'All humans have seven orifices for sight, hearing, eating, and breathing, but this one has none. Let's try to drill them. They drilled one orifice a day, and after seven days, Hun Dun died.'" This account suggests that Hun Dun possessed human emotions but not human form. In "Zhuangzi: Heaven and Earth," there's another line that reads, "He pretends to practice Hun Dun's art, knowing one aspect but not the other. He governs the inner self, but not the outer self." Hun Dun's intelligence was clearly limited. Here, Hun Dun is further anthropomorphized and given the name "Shi." These are clearly not the original prototypes of the ancient ferocious beast.
A more primitive image of Hun Dun comes from the "Classic of Mountains and Seas - Western Third Classic," which describes a deity shaped like a yellow sac, red as flaming fire, with six legs and four wings. Hun Dun is faceless, yet capable of singing and dancing. He is actually Emperor Jiang (Jiang is pronounced "hong"). The Hun Dun here aligns closely with the image of the legendary demon beast.
Later, the "Shenyijing" records: "To the west of Kunlun there is a beast, shaped like a dog, with long hair and four legs, resembling a bear but without claws. It has eyes but cannot see, cannot walk, has two ears but cannot hear, possesses human intelligence, has a belly but no internal organs, and has straight intestines that do not rotate, allowing it to pass through food. Virtuous people will resist it, while those with evil virtues will rely on it. Its name is Hun Dun. It dwells in the air and does nothing, often tickling its tail, spinning and laughing towards the sky." Hun Dun has completely taken on the image of a ferocious beast."
"What does that have to do with me?" Gu Feiyi didn't understand what this Chaos wanted with him. Was it simply to explain why he existed, or was there some other purpose? He couldn't even protect himself now.
"Of course it does. I'm a Chaos Divine Beast, and I can help you solve your current problem." The chattering voice continued, "I know everything that's happened recently. It's just drug residue. Give me two minutes and it'll be done."
"Really?" Gu Feiyi, who had been unable to return home because of this matter, was suddenly very excited when he heard Hun Dun say this. Then he looked at the paper still floating in front of him and asked, "Then you help me, what do you need me to do?" There is no free lunch in the world. Gu Feiyi also understood that the price he had to pay was probably not small.
"Hey, all you have to do is give me your blood." Chaos's figure projected onto the paper and said, "I've been sealed here by someone. I need the blood of someone with an extremely evil heart to break the seal. Coincidentally, your blood awakened me."
"Haha, vicious blood! Okay, I'll satisfy you." Gu Feiyi didn't say anything, but took out the dagger he used for self-defense and slashed it without blinking. A stream of blood flowed out instantly. In a flash, Chaos controlled the paper and flew under Gu Feiyi's hand, and began to absorb it greedily.
"Okay, give me some more!" Hun Dun felt that his body was slowly starting to separate, and couldn't help but urge him.
"Hmph, here you go." Another thin stream of blood-red flowed across his arm. Gu Feiyi's face was pale, and with a strange smile on his face, he said, "How long will it take?"
"That's good." Pulling his tail out of the paper, Hun Dun stood in front of Gu Feiyi. Looking at his still bleeding arm, he couldn't help but lick it. "This smell, I miss it so much!"
Looking at the unconscious man again, Chaos shook his head: "Humans are too weak now. We need to train them well. I still need them for my food!"
