Chapter 481 A Different Life

"You two have a great relationship." A cheeky voice came from behind them. Li Hui, who had just been knocked unconscious by Zhao Hanyun, turned around while chewing an apple. Looking at the young man who blushed a little at his voice, he whistled and said, "What's there to be shy about? It's normal for men and women to love each other."

"You shameless old bastard." Zhao Hanyun turned around and glanced at Li Hui: "Is the apple delicious?"

"It's pretty good, a little better than what those guys bought me." Li Hui saw Zhao Hanyun staring at him non-stop, thinking that the little girl was craving apples, so he directly handed her the one he had bitten in his hand: "Try it, it tastes pretty good."

"How did you wake up?" Zhao Hanyun remembered that he did not use such a gentle force, and Li Hui actually woke up in the space.

"I was just saying that. You little girl actually knocked me out." Thinking of this, Li Hui felt a sharp pain in his neck. His hand unconsciously touched it: "It still hurts here. You were too harsh."

"Get to the point." Zhao Hanyun glanced at Zou Li, who was regulating his breathing nearby, and pulled Li Hui aside and asked, "Tell me the truth, do you have any secrets?"

"There's no secret. I'm just afraid of death." Li Hui glanced at Zhao Hanyun, pointed at himself and said, "It's become a habit here. I'll unconsciously protect myself from the unknown. Even if I faint, I'll force myself to wake up. I'm just a little girl, so young. I still have a lot to learn."

"You teach me." Zhao Hanyun poked Li Hui, who was chewing an apple, and smiled beautifully: "Anyway, you are my uncle in name, right? As an uncle, shouldn't you..."

"You are exactly like your master, just as clever." Li Hui almost choked to death on a bite of apple. After trying hard to swallow the apple, he immediately shrank back, as if intending to stay away from Zhao Hanyun.

"Don't go, Uncle~"

"Let me go, let me go quickly." Li Hui looked at the smiling face and took a few steps back uncomfortably. Just when he was about to run, he found that his body was sliding towards Zhao Hanyun uncontrollably. Turning around, he saw that the mischievous girl didn't even move a finger, just looking at him with a smile, which was creepy.

"Uncle Master, what do you think?" Zhao Hanyun approached Li Hui and asked, "You have already accepted my things, so you can't cheat."

"Who took your things?" Li Hui, who had regained his freedom, searched his body thoroughly but found nothing he had stolen. He shook his flowered shirt with great pride and said, "Don't accuse me of something bad. I didn't take anything from you."

"You just ate an apple." Zhao Hanyun kindly reminded him, pointing to the woods behind and the surrounding fields: "This land is mine, and the things planted in it are also mine, so, uncle~"

"You, you..." He was about to throw away the apple with a bite left in it, but the words "Thrift is a virtue and waste is shameful" hit him on the forehead. He couldn't bring himself to do it. He raised his head and saw that smiling face again. Li Hui simply let go of his courage and taught them a lesson. After all, these two were very capable, so it shouldn't be a big problem. "I promise you."

"Thank you, uncle-master." Zhao Hanyun smiled happily and immediately piled some food in front of Li Hui: "This is for you, old man. Eat slowly, we are not in a hurry."

Looking at the mountain of fruits, vegetables and jumping animals and poultry in front of him, Li Hui's mouth twitched. This girl is too weird.

The Golden Triangle is a triangular area located on the border of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos in Southeast Asia. It is a lawless zone where opium and desperate criminals are abundant. Here you can see the colorful poppy flowers fluttering in the wind in the fields, and you can also see the bloody existence of those who risk their lives for a mouthful of drugs.

"You pagans, damn you." After escaping a group of people chasing him, Archie lay panting behind a trash can. He took his hand away from his stomach, took a look at the bloody wound, and cursed inwardly: "Damn, it hurts so much."

"Creaky." A wooden door at the end of the alley opened, and a person walked out. Archie had lost too much blood, and his vision was a little blurry, but he could still make out that it was a woman, who seemed to be wearing a white dress. In this dark alley, illuminated by the street lights in the distance, she looked a bit like the female ghosts in the ghost stories Archie had read when he had nothing to do.

"Bah, it's really worth it that I can see a female ghost before I die." Archie mocked himself. He wanted to move inside but found that he had no strength. He simply stopped moving and just watched the figure approach.

"You're bleeding." A female voice came. Under the gaze of Aqi's eyes, which were no longer able to see clearly, she squatted down and looked at Aqi: "It seems that you are not far from death."

"Nonsense." This was the last sentence Archie said before he lost consciousness. Before he fainted, he actually hadn't said another sentence: Is this woman a fool?

When Archie felt that he was still alive again, the sun was already high in the sky, shining directly on his face through the window. Archie opened his eyes and was dazzled for a moment. He put his hands to block his face and then he could see his surroundings clearly. It was a very ordinary room. Apart from the bed under him, there was also a stool. The walls were still covered with newspapers. He tried to move and leaned himself against the wall. The pain in his stomach immediately brought him back to his senses. Was he rescued?

"Squeak." Another door opened, and a man in a flowered shirt and shorts walked in. With his colorful hair, he stared at Aqi, who was half leaning against the wall, and then asked nonchalantly, "Hey, you're awake?"

"Are you from Country Z?" Aqi asked immediately after hearing the language, and then saw the colorful man grinning like a fool: "Nonsense, you are too."

"Thank you for saving my life." Ignoring the man's ridicule, Archie propped himself up and sat up, saying thank you: "I will repay you."

"I didn't save you." The man watched Archie struggle to sit up, walked over to Archie and slapped him. Although it didn't seem very strong, it still knocked Archie down: "You'd better lie down, don't let anyone save you again."

"Uncle, if you beat him to death, all my efforts would be in vain." A woman came in with a bowl in her hand. Seeing Aqi being pinned to the bed by the man, she said, "I saved his life. If you want to die, please tell me earlier next time."
