"Brother Shuqin, after what I said, do they all not want to play with me anymore?" Little Youzi blinked and looked at Wen Shuqin.
Wen Shuqin shook her head: "My dad said that useless, trashy social interactions can be avoided. You're so outstanding, it's their loss if they ignore you or don't hang out with you, not yours."
"Yeah?"
Little Yuzu's eyes widened, her surprise clearly visible.
Wen Shuqin looked at Xiaoyouzi and nodded: "I'm not lying to you."
The little pomelo seemed to be deep in thought.
*
After school in the afternoon, Xiaoyouzi didn't go to after-school care and returned to the school district house around 3 PM.
After packing all the clothes, Xiaoyouzi dialed Monica's number.
"Hey, little pomelo."
The call was quickly answered, and Monica's voice came through.
Little Yuzu quickly said, "Sister Mo, I want to tell you about my plan."
"Okay, go ahead."
Monica said, turning on the computer.
"Wait a moment," Xiaoyouzi said, taking out her tablet and looking at the plan she had written.
After confirming that there weren't any major problems, Xiaoyouzi said, "I plan to prepare a program, and I'll cover the funding; it's not an issue."
Furthermore, if you're really short of money, you can ask your brother.
Monica didn't rush to agree, but instead typed out a few questions when Xiaoyouzi mentioned wanting to put on a show.
"Sister Mo, what do you think?" Little Yuzu asked after Monica hadn't said anything for a while.
Monica glanced at the questions she had prepared and then asked, "Well, Little Yuzu, I'm going to ask you a few questions."
"OK."
Monica: "First of all, what kind of show are you planning to produce? What are the highlights?"
"Let's make a variety show, a survival show based on intelligence. It'll be a big hit, and he'll definitely go. He needs a show like that to generate buzz." This was the idea Xiaoyouzi came up with after thinking about it for a day.
Monica typed, "Then what can we use to entice Duan Linran to definitely participate?"
"What if someone of the same caliber appears on a variety show?" Xiaoyouzi looked at the tablet. "I plan to invite Uncle Qi to participate."
Qi Moshu has quite a few fans.
If he goes, Duan Linran will definitely go too.
Monica typed Xiaoyouzi's solution next to the first question, "Second question, what are the highlights of the show?"
"Tell them it's pre-recorded, but it's actually live," Xiaoyouzi said calmly.
Monica frowned: "That won't be easy to achieve; they'll all sign contracts."
"So I'll ask my brother's legal department to help with the contract trap issue." Xiaoyouzi really intended to use the resources around her.
With so many resources available to her brother, she might as well make the most of them.
Monica nodded: "Okay, how much start-up capital do you need?"
"I don't know how much it costs to produce a variety show, but is 50 million enough?" Xiaoyouzi asked curiously.
Monica said, "Duan Linran's invitation fee for recording one episode of the show is at least 20 million. His asking price is not low."
Fifty million can hire two big names and several popular celebrities.
The remaining amount is the production cost.
Little Yuzu frowned: "Twenty million? He can even ask for that much?"
“His net worth isn’t high, but he’s very popular right now. If the ratings go up, he can still make money,” Monica said casually.
Xiao Youzi frowned slightly: "Too expensive, twenty million, let's bargain."
How could I possibly spend 20 million to hire him to expose me?
Monica thought it made sense: "We can talk about that later. One last question, which platform do you plan to air your show on?"
"Let's choose a reliable one, the one with lots of people." Xiaoyouzi's eyes fell on one of the platforms: "Let's go with this Lychee TV."
Monica wrote down the program and briefly recounted it to Xiaoyouzi.
"Yes, that's it."
Xiao Youzi nodded in satisfaction: "Let's arrange it like this for now. Once Duan Linran signs with a new company, we'll immediately take him on."
“We’re not trying to win them over, we’re inviting them to participate in a variety show,” Monica said with a light laugh.
Little Yuzu laughed: "Yes, it was an invitation, and it cost money."
The thought of giving so much money to Duan Linran made Xiaoyouzi a little angry.
However, there are other ways, and my brother will solve it!
Monica relayed the suggestion, saying, "Little Yuzu, I've already made the arrangements."
"Okay, that's settled then. Let's get the program approved and make a plan first, then you can allocate funds."
The company now belongs to Xiaoyouzi, and she has the right to decide on projects.
Monica: "I'm fine, but there might be a minor issue with Chairman Li."
“If you explain it to him, he’ll understand.” Xiaoyouzi believed that although Chairman Li wasn’t a good person, he wasn’t a fool either.
Her blatant targeting was something that the other party, that old monster who had lived for so many years, must have known.
Monica closed her laptop: "I'm already putting it into action on my end."
"Thank you, Sister Mo, bye-bye."
After hanging up the phone, Xiaoyouzi went back to her room for a medicinal bath and, while doing so, remembered to check the weather in Italy.
The average temperature in Italy is currently below 20 degrees Celsius, much colder than the 25-26 degree Celsius temperatures in Vietnam at night.
The weather is cool and breezy, it's very comfortable.
Little Yuzu checked her luggage and found three outfits, all of them dresses.
After thinking for a moment, Xiaoyouzi took a thin jacket and stuffed it inside.
Xiaoyouzi's suitcase is 24 inches, which can hold quite a lot of things, but it's not much to pack three sets of clothes.
With her eyes darting around, Xiaoyouzi's gaze fell on her safe.
