Mrs. Liu opened the original photo on her phone and took a look: It really is beautiful!
One is gentle and quiet, the other is bright and beautiful.
The two returned to their seats, and Li Lan said with a smile, "Congratulations, Mrs. Luo."
"Congratulations, Madam Wen," Wen Yanrou said with a soft laugh.
She had already searched her memory for Li Lan's husband, Wen Luo. She had dealt with their family many years ago, but they weren't very close. He seemed like a decent person.
The parent-teacher meeting continues.
On the other side, the football field.
The children have just finished running.
Because there were too many sixth-grade students, they were spread out across several venues.
The fourth and fifth graders are in the gymnasium.
Students in grades one through three play on the soccer field and basketball court.
As for the sixth graders, they've all been assigned to study in the self-study room, since they're about to enter junior high school and need to make the most of their time.
After the run, Xiaoyouzi led a group of people to the equipment room.
She rummaged through the equipment room and pulled out tennis balls and rackets, asking with great interest, "Anyone want to play tennis with me?"
"But I don't know how to play."
Little Yuzu held the tennis racket, her eyes full of interest.
Although she doesn't know how to play, she has watched the classic anime series "The Prince of Tennis," known for its melee-themed tennis games.
“I know how to fight,” Jiang Qian said. “I’ve learned it, and I fight often.”
I am often hit by my family members with tennis rackets and electric mosquito swatters.
"Okay, Jiang Qian, let's go to the tennis court together." Little Youzi skipped and hopped ahead.
Wen Tian and the others followed behind.
Seeing this, Wen Shuqin silently followed.
"Hey." As Xiaoyouzi was walking, she suddenly noticed that Wen Sitian was being squeezed into a corner by several people under the shade of a tree not far away.
She frowned, shoved the tennis racket into Wen Tian's hand, and ran over.
A girl said fiercely to Wen Sitian, "Where's the thing I asked you to bring? You still haven't given it to me?"
"I didn't." Shaking her head, Wen Sitian retreated in fear, only to find her back pressed against the tree trunk, with nowhere left to go.
The girl added, "You can't even handle the smallest thing properly, honestly!"
The girl raised her hand, looking like she was about to hit Wen Sitian.
Little Yuzu quickly ran out and shouted, "Stop!"
As soon as she finished shouting, she saw the girl pick the leaves off Wen Sitian's hair and throw them away.
Hearing someone shout "Stop!", several girls turned around and saw Xiaoyouzi, dressed in her school uniform, standing in the sunlight.
The golden sunlight shone on her, making her look like a fairy.
Little Yuzu sensed something was wrong; these people were looking at her strangely. "Why are you all looking at me like that?"
"Ah, it's Little Pomelo!"
"Little Yuzu's here, let's go!"
"I'm outta here."
The girls went from being delighted to panicking when they saw Xiaoyouzi, and then they all ran away quickly.
Little Yuzi has never seen anything like this before.
Is this some kind of campus power struggle? It doesn't seem like it.
She stood there, stunned, unsure of what to do.
Wen Sitian walked over and chuckled, "They really are afraid that you like you."
"Huh?" Little Yuzi looked at Wen Sitian, confused. "Cousin, what are you saying?"
With its head tilted to the side and two little pigtails, the little pomelo looks adorable and cute.
Wen Sitian's heart skipped a beat, and she couldn't help but rub her head: "It's nothing, they all like you and didn't bully me."
"Then why did they corner you? Is that not bullying?" Little Yuzi's beautiful grape-like eyes widened as she looked at Wen Sitian in confusion.
That movement!
That tone!
She thought they were bullying her!
Wen Sitian sighed softly and looked at Xiaoyouzi with a smile: "It's all because of you. They are all your fans and wanted to ask me for exclusive photos of you, but I said I didn't take any."
"I won't give it to them!" Xiaoyouzi said firmly. "I'll post the photos on Weibo so they won't bother you directly next time."
Wen Sitian chuckled: "They said it's because you have too few photos and don't do much promotion, so they asked me for a shortcut."
"Is it very little?"
Xiaoyouzi thought about it carefully. She had already used countless emojis, and that wasn't enough?
Wen Sitian thought for a moment and said, "There are very few, not many photos."
"Alright then, I need to make some arrangements for opening."
Little Yuzu took Wen Sitian's hand. "Cousin, let's go play tennis now, do you want to come along?"
"Okay, I know a little." Wen Sitian let Xiaoyouzi pull her along, a smile on her face.
The girls who had just threatened Wen Sitian were now whispering amongst themselves.
"So she really does know Xiaoyouzi! I'm so envious!"
"I'm so envious, sob sob, I've never even held Xiaoyouzi's little hand!"
"Did you hear that? Little Yuzu called her cousin, she wasn't lying."
Regardless of what these girls were thinking, Xiaoyouzi had already pulled Wen Sitian toward the tennis court.
"I can't play tennis, cousin, you have to teach me," Xiaoyouzi said coquettishly as she walked, holding Wen Sitian's hand.
Wen Sitian said, quite pleased, "Okay, actually I'm not very good at it either, but I'll try my best."
"rush!"
Pulling Wen Sitian to her group, Xiao Youzi introduced, "This is my cousin, we play ball together."
"Isn't this the same as last time...?" Mu Siyu didn't finish her sentence; she felt something was off.
The group exchanged glances, and Wen Tian spoke first: "Hello, cousin."
"Hey everyone, let's go play ball." Wen Sitian was relaxed, and everyone else relaxed too.
Little Yuzu really can't play tennis.
