Wen Tian then spoke up, "Your arguing won't do any good. You'll find out once you go inside."
A few people were chatting at the door when they suddenly heard a commotion.
"Ah, help!"
At that moment, a person ran out directly from the exit.
The next few people, also disheveled and looking disheveled, crawled out of the exit.
"That was terrifying!"
The first person to run out immediately collapsed to the ground, still shaken.
The others sat down next to that person, each patting their chests and complaining.
"My goodness, that ghost bride is just awful!"
"He said he'd help solve the case, but he has absolutely no interest in doing so."
"Oh no! I was almost stripped naked inside! Who pulled down my pants?!"
"I don't know either, I feel like my legs are frozen!"
"Has everyone come out yet?"
From a distance, Xiaoyouzi and the others watched those people talk and listened to some information.
She counted; there were only eight people.
"They're out!"
Just then, Xiaoyouzi and the others saw the remaining people being dragged out.
The young woman at the door said, "There were thirteen of them who went in, and none of them completed the task."
"Another mission?" Little Yuzu raised an eyebrow, looking quite intrigued.
The young woman continued, "Yes, there are rewards for completing the task, including a mysterious grand prize."
"A big prize?" Wen Tian seemed to be interested as well.
Just then, six or seven people appeared behind Xiaoyouzi and the others.
"Almost everyone's here." The puppet lady smiled, but it looked particularly terrifying.
When Xiaoyouzi and the others turned around, they saw the middle school students who had been lined up behind them when they rode the flying carousel.
"Go to a haunted house?"
"With children?"
"Isn't it more troublesome for kids?"
A few junior high school students hesitated at the door, seemingly looking down on Xiaoyouzi and her friends and not wanting to play with them.
Little Yuzu looked at them with her beautiful eyes: "Can't we just play by ourselves? We're just making up the number of people to go in."
"Okay."
After discussing it, the junior high school students also joined the queue at the back.
"Can we go in now?" Little Yuzu turned to look at the puppet sister and asked, tilting her head.
The puppet sister said, "Yes, please wait a moment. Please store your schoolbags in the locker. There is no charge."
As she spoke, the young woman pointed to a cabinet not far away that looked like mahogany and was covered in blood.
The middle school student behind asked, "Can't we put our backpacks inside?"
"Of course you can, but it's best not to," the puppet lady replied with a smile.
However, her face was painted rather frighteningly; when she smiled, she looked like a male puppet in a dead silence.
Jiang Qian thought for a moment and asked, "Then why is it best not to carry a schoolbag?"
“Carrying your backpacks will slow you down. Look at those people just now, none of them were carrying backpacks,” the puppet lady explained patiently.
Little Yuzu thought for a moment and said, "Okay, let's put it down."
As they spoke, the group put their schoolbags away.
Seeing this, the junior high students behind them were not to be outdone and put their schoolbags down, saying, "Okay, let us in now."
"Okay, please come in."
The puppet lady pointed to the doorway.
As the group entered, a sinister voice rang out: "Welcome to the immersive haunted house game - Ghost Bride."
Immediately, a mournful melody began to play.
A cold wind followed.
Mu Siyu felt a little scared and grabbed Xiaoyouzi's hand, saying, "Xiaoyouzi, I'm a little cold."
"Don't be afraid," Little Yuzu said calmly, showing no fear whatsoever.
The group of junior high school students over there huddled together and stood quite far apart.
"How does it feel?"
"It looks even scarier than the haunted houses I've been to before."
"Pshaw, what's there to be afraid of?"
Just then, the music stopped.
The sudden silence was even more terrifying than when there was music playing.
No one dared to move, and no one spoke.
"call out!"
At that moment, a light shone in the darkness.
Eerie music began to play, and a person floated out from inside.
"ah!"
A middle school student couldn't help but scream.
Little Yuzu frowned; she heard two screams.
Looking in his direction, he saw Jiang Qian squatting on the ground, trembling and clinging to Wen Shuqin's leg.
Little Pomelo: ...
She didn't want to say anything anymore.
Stepping forward, Little Yuzu blocked their way.
A sinister human face appeared: "Hello."
By the dim light, Xiaoyouzi could see that this person was dressed as a butler.
His face was also that of a puppet, and it looked somewhat eerie.
Little Yuzu smiled and said, "Hello."
She was completely at ease and not afraid.
The people around gradually calmed down.
Several junior high school students stood not far away, listening to Xiaoyouzi's conversation with him.
The butler shifted his gaze to Xiaoyouzi's face: "Welcome, guests, to our Third Madam's wedding. Please proceed to the second floor."
Little Yuzu looked back and saw a tree not far away, with a well next to it.
"Miss, please don't look around." The butler moved over, blocking Xiaoyouzi's view.
Little Yuzu glanced at him.
There are tracks underneath this NPC; it's pulled by rollers.
Little Yuzu forced a smile: "Grandpa Butler, may I ask which way to go upstairs?"
The NPC who was called "Grandpa Butler" was stunned for a moment, then realized what he meant and said, "Please come this way."
