Madam Mu's eyes looked as if she wanted to devour her.

Su Ruanruan quickly stood up, bent over, and said through tears, "Madam Mu, I know I was wrong. The child in my belly has nothing to do with Brother Zian."
"How could it be unrelated?" Madam Mu said with a smile, "You said before that you were Zi'an's girlfriend and that the child was Zi'an's, didn't you?"
"Could it be that Zian threatened you so you couldn't speak?" Madam Mu scoffed. "Don't be afraid of the child. There's no need to cover up Zian's mistakes. The child will be fine once it's born."
Madam Mu's expressions were constantly changing, making her seem unlike a mentally sound woman.
Su Ruanruan was filled with regret.
The Mu family members are actually crazy; she shouldn't have bothered with them.
