The woman shook her head: "I have never raised a ghost. You are wrong."
“I’m not wrong.” Little Yuzi stared straight at her: “You have a kinship line that’s half black and half red, which means the person you’re related to isn’t a living person.”
"Not only that, your complexion is sallow, your expression is dull, and you seem to have insufficient blood and energy." Little Yuzu frowned. "Do you often have cold hands and feet, and faint from time to time?"
The woman nodded: "How did you know?"
"I could tell." Xiaoyouzi said in a deep voice, "You're in the industry, right?"
After hesitating for a moment, the woman said, "Yes, I am indeed in the industry, but I have never raised a ghost. I am very sure of it. I have never even been to Thailand."
"Are you sure?" Xiaoyouzi asked again, her dark eyes staring intently at the woman.
The woman said to her, "I'm sure."
Nodding, the woman said, "My name is Xingdai. I'm an actress, and now I'm considered a top star with tens of millions of fans. I've acted in three hit dramas and two hit movies, so I'd say I've achieved some success."
"Xingdai?" Little Yuzi searched her mind for this person.
She's been in the entertainment industry for quite some time and knows a lot of celebrities, but she's really rarely heard of Xing Dai.
After a pause, she said, "Ah, I know. I think I heard about you not long ago. They said you looked listless, like you were on drugs."
“During that time, I was physically weak and felt very tired. I felt like I was being suffocated by something unknown.” Xingdai sighed as she mentioned this, “But I didn’t do anything.”
"So I think I might have overworked myself before and am feeling unwell." Xingdai's expression was faint, and she seemed listless.
Little Yuzu frowned and said, "You're not overworked, you've been raising a ghost and it's backfiring on you."
"Really?" Xingdai sighed and put on her sunglasses.
She looked at Xiaoyouzi and said softly, "Then how am I supposed to find this non-existent little devil?"
"Wait a minute." Xiaoyouzi suddenly seemed to remember something and pulled Xingdai's hand: "Your blood and qi are very weak. Do you have your blood drawn frequently?"
"How could this be..." Xingdai started to speak, then paused, "Yes, I've been having a lot of checkups lately, and they've drawn a lot of blood, so I always feel very tired."
Little Pomelo scoffed: "Others use your blood to feed the little devil. They reap all the benefits, but you are the one who suffers."
"How is this possible?" Xingdai stared wide-eyed in disbelief.
I took out my phone and asked someone.
Not long after, Little Yuzu said, "Maybe."
“Although I don’t keep them, I’ve heard that you have to use your own blood to nurture and build a relationship with a Kumanthong.” Xingdai looked at Xiaoyouzi with a puzzled expression.
With a soft chuckle, Little Yuzu said, "Of course."
"In the first week, you sign a contract with the Kumanthong using your own blood. Later, you use other people's blood, first mixing them together, and then gradually replacing her own blood with yours."
By this time, the person has already pledged allegiance to you, but you also have intricate connections to them.
The two onlookers behind them had already quietly muted their microphones, trying their best not to make a sound, and just quietly watched the drama unfold.
Xingdai thought for a moment and said, "I have a question. I've heard that Kumanthong don't harm people."
No.
Little Yuzu shook her head and then said, "When her desires are not satisfied, she will instruct the Kumanthong to do bad things."
"Back then, it was all your blood that was used. Who do you think the Kumanthong will target after it turns evil?"
"Find me, the one who fed it blood and deepened our bond?" Xingdai's mind worked quickly, and she figured it out in no time.
She's just doing all the work for someone else.
Seeing that Xingdai had figured it out, Xiaoyouzi leisurely asked, "Think about it yourself, who did you offend?"
“I…” Xingdai paused, then her eyes lit up suddenly: “It’s my manager, Amei.”
Xingdai thought about it more and more and felt that this was true: "She took me for a physical examination more than half a year ago. At that time, she drew blood, and it was around that time that my health started to deteriorate."
Later, she often used various excuses to show her concern for me, taking me to get checked out and buying me supplements.
I've always felt that she's been too good to me.
Unexpectedly…
“There must be something fishy going on. The reason I’m being nice to you and giving you blood supplements is just to prevent you from becoming too anemic and not being able to draw blood.” Little Yuzu said, then asked, “Has anyone around you suddenly become famous lately? Think about it.”
Xingdai's eyes darted around: "Luo Li? He suddenly turned red. He's in the same company as me now."
“My brother didn’t invite a Kumanthong. He was just framed and cleared his name.” Xiaoyouzi took off her sunglasses and glared at her angrily.
Upon seeing Xiaoyouzi's face, the woman paused, then suddenly exclaimed excitedly, "Are you my Youbao?"
No, he's a suspect to my brother, but to me he's Yubao.
I never expected you to have two faces!
Realizing she had been too excited and had startled Xiaoyouzi, the woman said apologetically, "Xiaoyouzi, I didn't mean it that way, I just said it offhand."
"Ever since you and Luo Li went on the variety show, he has gradually become popular again, and now he is even more popular than before."
Upon seeing Xiaoyouzi, Xingdai immediately felt much more relaxed.
She was incredibly envious that Luo Li had a younger sister named Xiao Youzi.
She's adorable and a lucky charm; she gets on variety shows all thanks to Xiaoyouzi's help!
“My brother didn’t invite the little devil because of me.” Little Yuzu snorted and then said, “Think about it again.”
