"What’s wrong with you?"
The person in front of her stared in disbelief for a while, and Xiaoyouzi couldn't help but slap him on the forehead.
The Taoist priest, whose mind was clear, realized that he had neglected Xiaoyouzi and quickly apologized: "I'm sorry, Junior Aunt. My master is of the same generation as you, so I call you Junior Aunt. I hope you don't mind."
"Who is your master?" Little Yuzu raised an eyebrow, her expression indifferent.
The Taoist in green bowed again: "I am Zhang Zhidao's disciple from Qingluan Peak."
He was wondering why his master had asked him to greet people at the mountain gate, but he never expected that it was Elder Jun's closed-door disciple who came.
"Senior Brother Zhang's disciple? Hmm, hello." Little Yuzi nodded, her expression indifferent.
There's nothing we can do; she's from a higher generation.
The Taoist priest in green bowed and continued, "You're too kind, little aunt. Just call me Zhang Lao Er."
"Alright then." Little Yuzu didn't hesitate and readily asked, "I need to take the test now, how do I get in?"
How could Zhang Lao Er dare to speak recklessly? He quickly smiled and said, "Little Martial Aunt, please come with me."
"Um."
As the two walked uphill, Zhang Lao Er couldn't help but glance at Xiao Youzi.
Before coming here today, he originally planned to follow his senior's advice and make things difficult for the newcomers to the assessment, thus creating danger for himself.
Unexpectedly, on my very first visit here, I encountered my junior aunt.
The master was right after all.
Zhang Lao Er couldn't help but recall the legend about the little nun.
I heard that Junior Sister is very talented at such a young age. The sect leader wanted to take her as his disciple, but Elder Jun beat him to it.
The sect leader even got into a fight with Elder Jun.
We lost.
Elder Jun had hardly returned to the mountain gate since taking this disciple; he had almost forgotten about him.
Suddenly remembering this, Zhang Lao Er broke out in a cold sweat.
Was Elder Jun in that car just now?
Zhang Lao Er felt uneasy.
Little Yuzu frowned slightly: "Aren't you watching where you're going?"
"Ah, little aunt." Zhang Lao Er quickly came to his senses.
After delivering the little pomelo to the outside of the assessment hall, Zhang Lao Er quickly went over and said a few words to the disciple next to him.
A short while later, he handed the number plate to Xiaoyouzi: "Little Martial Aunt, this is your number. Just call your number when you go in."
Nodding, Xiaoyouzi subconsciously said, "Thank you."
"Oh, little aunt, you're too kind."
Zhang Lao Er quickly stood up, looking terrified: "The waiting pavilion is in the corridor ahead. Just call me if you need anything, Junior Sister."
"That should be it." Little Yuzu smiled and walked into the waiting pavilion.
Not far away stood an antique-style house with blue bricks and white walls, and there were already about ten people waiting outside the house for the assessment.
Most of them wore black training clothes and Shifang shoes, while a few wore light blue training clothes.
Only Xiaoyouzi, dressed in a white training uniform, looked completely out of place among them.
As soon as she entered, she attracted everyone's attention, and Xiaoyouzi quietly joined the last queue.
If I stay away, maybe people won't pay too much attention to me.
The people in front, noticing Xiaoyouzi's attire, couldn't help but whisper among themselves: "What's going on? Why is someone wearing a white training uniform?"
"Shouldn't someone at this level be assessed together with us?"
"Huh? What are you talking about? Are there white training clothes? I didn't know that!"
"I heard that only those of higher rank can wear white training clothes."
Little Yuzu has sharp ears and hears everyone's whispers.
However, she kept her eyes fixed on the ground, making no extra movements and having no intention of getting into a conflict with the people in front of her.
Those people looked to be in their teens or twenties, much older than her.
These people lost interest after chatting for a short while.
You can't exactly lay a hand on a child.
"Bang!"
After an unknown amount of time, a loud bang was heard...
