Chapter 65 Did a Fairy Descend to Earth?

They ate until 1 p.m., then parted ways.

Both Bai Yu and Bai Li wanted to add Xiao Youzi on WeChat.

In the end, only Luo Li was added.

Luo Li snorted softly.

Want to suck my sister? Dream on!

In the car, Luo Li asked, "Where does Xiao Youzi want to go? Or go home?"

Little Yuzu, standing beside her, patted her round little belly and said, "Let's go to the Taoist temple! I want to pray for Brother Xiao Ye."

"Okay, shall we go to the nearest Taoist temple?"

When Xiaoyouzi went missing, Luo Li was desperate and went to countless Taoist temples to pray for her.

But they still gained nothing.

Fortunately, Little Yuzu returned to his side.

Little Pomelo thought for a moment and said, "Let's go to Yuanxuan Taoist Temple."

That Taoist temple belongs to Master Jiu, and she has been there many times.

Yuanxuan Taoist Temple?

"That Taoist temple is two hours away from here, too far, honey."

He had visited every Taoist temple in the capital city several times.

Little Yuzu pursed her lips and said, "Let's go to the nearest one then."

"OK."

Once inside the Taoist temple, Xiaoyouzi walked further in.

Luo Li asked, puzzled, "Little Youzi, there's one not far from the entrance, why don't you go there to pray?"

"Um?"

Little Yuzu said, "We should start by worshiping the Three Pure Ones, to show respect to our elders."

"Isn't it supposed to be that you worship whatever you see when you enter the door?" Luo Li didn't understand these things; she usually just worshipped each doorway one by one when she went to visit.

Shaking her head, Xiaoyouzi explained, "From the inside out, we first pay respects to our elders."

"Hey, stop praying, it doesn't work!"

Just then, a woman dressed in luxurious and flamboyant clothes burst into a tirade, pulling up a man who was lying on the ground with his hands clasped together: "What are you worshipping the God of Wealth for? Did you see the God of Wealth give you any money?"

"If it weren't for your gambling, my life wouldn't be like this."

The man looked at the woman with cold eyes: "It's all your fault, you spendthrift woman!"

"Oh dear, who asked you to marry me? It's not like I begged you to marry me," the wealthy woman said nonchalantly, completely unconcerned about the man's expression.

The man angrily said, "Fine! Then let's get a divorce!"

"You think you can just divorce me like that? I gave birth to a son for your family!" The wealthy woman naturally refused, letting out a soft snort.

Then her eyes lit up: "Divorce is fine, but give me your assets and leave with nothing!"

"Wang Cui! You're too vicious!" The man's face trembled with anger.

The noblewoman said arrogantly, "So what if I'm that wicked? If you don't want your son, then kick me out!"

"Get out of here! I don't want to see you right now!"

Amid the man's angry roar, the lady walked away, her high heels clicking on and on.

Little Yuzu stared wide-eyed at it, then shook her head: "You're all wrong, wrong."

"What's wrong?"

Luo Li asked curiously.

Little Yuzu shook her head without saying anything, "Brother, I want to drink water."

"I'll go buy it for you. You stay here and be good." Luo Li patted Xiao Youzi's hair and left.

Inside the temple of the God of Wealth, Little Yuzu stepped across with her short legs.

She held her right hand with her left, forming a cupped-hand salute, and bowed above her eyebrows.

The man next to her stared at her in astonishment: "Are you a fairy?"

Little Yuzu smiled and said, "No."

"Uncle, you've encountered a problem. Would you like to have your fortune told?"

The man seemed to have figured something out, and asked with a light laugh, "So you're already out here making a living at such a young age?"

"No, I just feel we're destined to meet."

Little Yuzi thought for a moment and said, "It only costs 825.3 yuan."

The man paused, then remembered that he did indeed have eight hundred yuan in his bag.

He opened his wallet with some disbelief and emptied out all the money inside: "There's only eight hundred and twenty-five yuan, that's not enough."

"Here, have it all. Go home and eat something good."

The man sighed, looking dejected.

Little Yuzu didn't take it, but said, "You still have three cents in your left pocket."

"How could that be? Who carries three cents around these days..."

The man was completely stunned as he stared at the three cents lying quietly in his hand.

There really was three cents!

He tried hard to recall: "I understand!"

A few days ago, my son was clamoring for spicy strips, so he went to the convenience store and bought two. The shopkeeper gave him three cents in change.

He had forgotten about it, even though he'd stuffed it in his pocket.

The three cents in my hand were hard as a rock.

The man trembled as he smoothed out Sanmao's hair, then knelt down in front of Xiaoyouzi with a thud: "The fairy has appeared!"

"No kneeling allowed!"

Little Yuzi skipped away lightly, her green skirt leaving a trail of afterimages, like a lively fairy among the flowers.

The man kneeling on the ground prepared to move, but Xiaoyouzi took the money from him and said, "Get up, I have something to tell you."

"good."

The man stood up, head bowed: "What guidance does the fairy have?"

“Your children’s palace is empty, which means you don’t have any children yet, so…” Little Yuzu didn’t finish her sentence.

"What?"

The man was immediately enraged, his face showing a mixture of shame and indignation.

"Let me finish."

A simple sentence silenced the man instantly.

Ignoring the man's expression, Xiaoyouzi continued, "As for your fortune, you have it."

"Worshiping gods is not about making a deal with them, but about sincerity."

Little Yuzu reached out and clutched the money, continuing, "Your luck is good; work hard and you'll get good results."

"Your perfect match is waiting for you in the future."

"Thank you, Master." The man clasped his hands together, ready to bow, but was stopped by Xiaoyouzi.

The little girl possessed immense strength, directly straightening the man: "A cupped-hand salute is sufficient; I do not accept hands clasped together."
