"Help me open the bottom shelf of the refrigerator next to you. Take out the fried chicken, then open the bag," Wang Simeng instructed.
"Okay!
Mo Beichen nodded. He opened the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and took out a bag of fried chicken. He then opened the bag and handed it to Wang Simeng.
"This is called an air fryer. Although it's for frying things, you don't need to use oil like in fried food shops. It's very convenient," Wang Simeng explained to Mo Beichen as she opened the air fryer. She put a whole bag of fried chicken into the air fryer and closed the lid.
"We don't need to watch it or set a timer. It automatically scans what the food inside is, then starts cooking directly, and will give a notification when the fried chicken is ready."
"Shall we make some more ramen?" Wang Simeng suddenly thought of this and said.
"Okay, whatever you say goes." Mo Beichen watched Wang Simeng's actions with a smile, his face full of doting affection.
Wang Simeng took out a pot set that could be used by three or four people from the tableware area. She also took four bags of ramen noodles, a bag of fish cakes, a bag of rice cakes, and a small bag of sliced beef from the snack area.
"Please take one carrot and one onion from the vegetable section, wash them and slice them."
"Oh, right, do you know how to chop vegetables? I forgot you're the regent here, I wonder if you can." Wang Simeng asked while unpacking the package.
"Yes," Mo Beichen replied, then took out carrots and onions, washed them, and quickly chopped them up.
Wang Simeng had already filled the pot with water. She added four bags of ramen noodles, a bag of fish cakes, a bag of rice cakes, and some sliced beef, along with the sauce. She was just waiting for Mo Beichen's carrot and onion slices.
"Wow, impressive knife skills! You cut it so evenly," Wang Simeng praised with a smile.
Mo Beichen smiled when he heard the praise.
Wang Simeng put the chopped carrots and onions into the pot, put the lid on, and pressed the "cook" and "start" buttons.
"Haha, mission accomplished." Wang Simeng clapped her hands and laughed. "Let's prepare some desserts. What kind of desserts would you like?" Wang Simeng looked at Mo Beichen.
"I'm fine with either."
"Alright, Baiwen, I'll just grab a few things. Go open the cabinet above the table and get some drinks; we'll have some in a bit."

After sending Mo Beichen away, Wang Simeng went to the snack area and, taking advantage of Mo Beichen's inattention, took out desserts from the spatial supermarket.
"Three small rolls of bread, three large cream puffs, and a small piece of cake for each of you!" Wang Simeng said as she took the food.
Wang Simeng arranged the desserts one by one on the three-tiered shelf and placed them on the table near the window.
"Okay, let's sit for a little while. We'll be eating soon," Wang Simeng said happily to Mo Beichen.
The two sat down together, and Wang Simeng turned on the music, choosing a soft and soothing tune.
As the music began, the two sat down and enjoyed the rare tranquility and beauty.
Wang Simeng leaned back in her chair, squinting her eyes as she enjoyed the moment, a satisfied smile on her face.
When Mo Beichen saw Wang Simeng's expression, he couldn't help but smile, revealing a doting expression.
"Ding-dong! The fried chicken is ready!" SpongeBob SquarePants' voice suddenly announced.
Wang Simeng opened her eyes when she heard the sound, and smiled at Mo Beichen. "Hehe, the fried chicken is ready."
"I'll go get it," Mo Beichen said, standing up.
"I'll do it. The ramen should be ready by now." Wang Simeng also walked over.
Finally, Wang Simeng and another person, one carrying fried chicken and the other carrying noodles, placed them together on the table.
"Chu Tianyi, dinner's ready! Come on! Put the car on autopilot."
"Okay." Chu Tianyi nodded.
The three sat down, with Mo Beichen and Wang Simeng facing each other, while Chu Tianyi sat to one side, like a third wheel to the two of them.
"Mmm~ It smells so good!" Wang Simeng took a deep sniff.
Wang Simeng then poured honey mustard sauce, sweet chili sauce, and barbecue seasoning into the dishes next to the fried chicken.
"Hehe, let's get started then~" Wang Simeng looked at the two of them with bright eyes.
"Okay," Mo Beichen said with a smile.
"Okay," Chu Tianyi agreed.
Wang Simeng picked up her chopsticks, took a piece of fried chicken, and put it in her mouth.
"Wow! That's amazing! Taking a bite of ramen and then a sip of a drink is so refreshing!" Wang Simeng exclaimed.
"Hehe, do you like it? Then eat more." Seeing Wang Simeng eating happily, Mo Beichen also picked up a piece of fried chicken.
"Yeah! You two too." Wang Simeng replied with a smile, then started eating her ramen with gusto.
The three of them listened to music, ate delicious food, occasionally looked at the scenery outside, and chatted, enjoying themselves immensely.
Looking at Wang Simeng in this state, Mo Beichen felt a warm feeling in his heart.
Dinner took about an hour to eat.
After eating, the three of them tidied up the table, chatted for a while, and then Wang Simeng decided to go back to her small bedroom to lie down.
Chu Tianyi decided to open the driver's seat into a recliner and lean back there pretending to rest. After all, Wang Simeng had said that they should live like humans.
Mo Beichen lay on the bed in the master bedroom with his eyes closed, trying to rest. But he couldn't fall asleep. Wang Simeng's image floated into his mind, and a smile involuntarily appeared on his face.
Wang Simeng lay down on the bed and quickly fell asleep.
Three hours later, the car gradually slowed down. The scenery outside was now clearly visible through the window.
Wang Simeng woke up at this moment, rubbed her eyes, and left the room. As soon as she stepped out, she saw Mo Beichen sitting in a chair by the window, looking out the window.
