“That won’t do. I’ll buy the shop myself,” Wang Simeng said firmly.
"Okay, Meng'er, you can buy it yourself." Seeing Wang Simeng's firm attitude, Mo Beichen didn't insist and nodded in agreement.

"When is Meng'er planning to open a restaurant?" Mo Beichen asked with a smile.

I'm guessing you must have a lot of things to deal with.
I don't want you to neglect your important business because of seeing me, or to force yourself to squeeze in time for other things; that would be exhausting. And I would feel uncomfortable too.

Mo Beichen didn't speak, but simply gazed at Wang Simeng quietly, his eyes filled with deep affection.
Neither of them spoke, and for a moment, the room fell silent.
After a long silence, Mo Beichen finally broke it: "Okay! Meng'er, I'll come find you after I'm done with my work, okay?"
"Yes, yes. That's better." Wang Simeng smiled and nodded repeatedly.
"Meng'er, I'll go back and take care of things later. I'll come find you after I'm done, okay?" Mo Beichen asked again.
“Okay.” Wang Simeng nodded again.
Mo Beichen was overjoyed to see Wang Simeng nod.
After giving Wang Simeng some more instructions, Mo Beichen hugged her and then took his leave.
After leaving, Mo Beichen went straight back to the Prince's Mansion and summoned the steward.
"Butler, go and find all the shops in the restaurant. Once you find them, pick out the best one and send it to the broker. Try to get Meng'er to buy it," Mo Beichen instructed.
"Hmm? Meng'er? Who is Meng'er?" The butler paused for a moment before realizing that Wang Simeng was Meng'er. His eyes lit up immediately, and he quickly replied, "Yes."
Haha, the prince's iron tree has finally blossomed! This is truly wonderful news! The steward's grin widened even further.
The butler had just stepped out the door when he heard Mo Beichen call out to him, "Wait a moment."
The steward stopped and turned to look at Mo Beichen, asking respectfully, "Is there anything else, Your Highness?"
Mo Beichen hurriedly said, "Go now, and remember, you must be quick. Don't delay too long, and most importantly, don't get discovered, understand?"
"Yes, Your Highness. Your subordinate obeys." The steward nodded respectfully.
After the butler left, Mo Beichen finally felt relieved and began to handle official business in his study.
After Mo Beichen left, Wang Simeng planned to take Xiaobai, Shuang'er and Cui'er to buy a shop.
"Little White, let's go! We're heading out!"

As soon as the three of them stepped off the carriage, a man in his forties came out of the brokerage shop with a smile.
"Young lady, are you looking to buy a shop, a house, or rent a house?"
The man walked up to Wang Simeng and asked with a smile.
Wang Simeng nodded and replied, "Yes. I plan to buy a shop."
"Young lady, what kind of shop do you want to buy? Do you prefer a regular shop or a luxurious one?"
The man asked again with a smile.
"I want a two- or three-story house in a good location with a nice environment, and it also needs to be spacious and bright," Wang Simeng said.
