When Han Xinrui arrived at the store in the south of Beijing, the entrance to the clothing store was crowded with people.
She didn't go in immediately, but instead stopped a bystander who was watching the commotion and asked, "What's going on? What happened inside?"
"It seems a young girl committed suicide because of humiliation by a shop assistant. Now her family is causing trouble. They say the girl came to the store to buy clothes. The clothes here are very expensive, and the girl couldn't afford them. The shop assistant told her to get out if she couldn't afford them. So the girl argued with them. Later, she was yelled at and left, and then she committed suicide when she got home." The person briefly recounted what he knew.
Han Xinrui lowered her head and said to Zhang Wei, "Xiao Wei, you go find the police first, I'll go in and handle it."
Upon hearing her words, Zhang Wei immediately went to investigate the case.
Han Xinrui then squeezed into the crowd.

Then, the woman pointed at Han Xinrui and said, "The people in your shop are bullying people. They look down on people. My child is sensitive, and if you hadn't provoked her, she wouldn't have died! Pay up! My child is a college student. These days, it takes so much effort to raise a college student!"
Han Xinrui looked at the woman's unreasonable arguments and knew that she was just trying to extort money from her.
She looked at everyone and said firmly, "First, we didn't have any argument with her in the store; we just asked her to take off her clothes. Second, she could go to many places after leaving our store, so you can't just say she committed suicide because of our employee. You're clearly trying to extort money from us."
Those watching the commotion around them nodded in agreement: "That's right! We can't let her come here..."
