Chapter 22: School Blockade
In order to prevent other people in the dormitory from noticing that something was wrong with him, Chen Zhan hid in the library for a long time after recovering from his cold.
When Wei Yunxi came to the school to stop her that day, she was wearing headphones and writing a speech on the first floor of the library.
Several luxury cars drove into the school and stopped in front of the library building, instantly attracting the attention of passing students.

Chen Zhan had just finished writing half of his speech when he noticed something strange around him. He took off his headphones and before he could look up to see what was happening, Wei Yunxi, wearing a leather jacket, suddenly appeared opposite Chen Zhan.
He twirled the red lighter in his hand and sat down across from Chen Zhan. "Chen Zhan, have you thought of an escape route today?"
It was too late for Chen Zan to stand up and leave. All around him were Wei Yunxi's people, and he had even met several of them that night at the Tang Palace Club.
A week ago, she guessed that Wei Yunxi might not let her go and would come to the school to block him, but when his father sent her to Zhou Jingyu's bed, she at least thought that Wei Yunxi would not have any intentions towards her.
Chen Zhan stood there, desperate but calm, "Wei Yunxi, what do you want to do now?"
Wei Yunxi casually tapped the lighter in his hand on the table, and each tap seemed to put pressure on Chen Zan's tense and shaky nerves.
"I don't want to do anything. I just want to treat you to a meal. Please do me a favor." He said casually, but his eyes slid down Chen Zan's face inch by inch, and finally landed on her legs. He curled his lips wickedly.
Before Chen Zhan could refuse, Wei Yunxi's followers had already forcefully escorted Chen Zhan out. "Young Master Wei came here personally to invite you. He's giving you face. Don't be ungrateful."
"Chen Zan, if you want to suffer less, just follow us obediently."

There were chaotic screams from behind. Chen Zan turned around in panic and saw blood gushing out of Wei Yunxi's head. The next second, he fell into a clear embrace.
