Chapter 11 The mirage (2/2)

The shopkeeper raised his head and said, "I don't accept gold or silver. Any rare items from land will do."

Tang Qingxi only then noticed that there were still some fish scales on her face that had not been shed completely, and he took two steps back in fright.

Ye Qingyi then leaned over to Tang Qingxi's ear and told her the origin of the stall.

It turns out that the owner of this stall is a carp spirit. He has no clansmen and is alone. Therefore, he does not accept gold or silver, but only things that interest him.

It's good that I don't accept gold and silver. I don't have much gold and silver. "I have this kind of lamp here, as well as wine, glass, and overseas water vessels..."

A quarter of an hour later, Tang Qingxi left the stall satisfied. She exchanged several sets of glass wine glasses, some snacks and solar lamps for a whole sack of pearls.

Tang Qingxi was so happy that she walked briskly. How much money could so many pearls be exchanged for?

The next stall sells ginseng...

Tang Qingxi rolled up her sleeves and was in high spirits. She had to buy everything she could today because she had plenty of money.

Tang Qingxi pulled Ye Qingyi to buy something from the beginning to the end of the street.

Mutton-fat jade, buy it. Amber, buy it. Jadeite, buy it. Weasel skin, eh, I won't buy that.

For Tang Qingxi, a person who only had pearl earrings before, these things were too expensive and useless.

It was his first time to experience spending money without any worries. It was so cool that Tang Qingxi wanted to roar to the sky.

Tang Qingxi worked hard from the time the lights came on until midnight, and bought a total of things for three storage shells, but he didn't consume much of the goods in his hands.

The market has cleared up now, I'll come back to buy it tomorrow.

Ye Qingyi brought Tang Qingxi to an inn to stay. When they entered the room, Tang Qingxi threw his head on the bed and fell asleep instantly.

Ye Qingyi covered Tang Qingxi with a quilt with amusement, and did not go out. He just sat in meditation beside the bed and watched over the store.

After what happened that night, all the humans and monsters in Haishi knew that a wealthy customer had come to Haishi to buy things like he was purchasing goods.

There will definitely be thieves visiting the store tonight, but these stores don't need to know about it.

As expected, several groups of thieves came in the second half of the night, and they were all dealt with quietly by Ye Qingyi.

Tang Qingxi slept until noon before he got up from the bed. As soon as he opened the door, the innkeeper came up to him attentively: "Good morning, dear guest. Would you like to eat?"

Tang Qingxi looked at the shopkeeper's flattering face in confusion. Wasn't he normal yesterday? He must have taken the wrong medicine.

Ye Qingyi said to the shopkeeper in a bad mood: "Go down and bring up two breakfasts first, don't make trouble here."

The shopkeeper bowed and closed the door, and soon brought up two breakfasts.

Breakfast is a simple porridge and side dishes, which looks delicious.

Ye Qingyi asked Tang Qingxi to eat quickly, and the innkeeper said this while eating.

Now the word is spread that you have something good in your hands. When they heard that you were staying here, the inn was crowded with merchants from all over the world early in the morning, all wanting to trade with you.

It would be embarrassing not to order tea when you enter the inn. You bring so much business to the innkeeper, but the innkeeper is not attentive enough.

So the people outside are all merchants from the Hai Market now, so how can they eat? The Hai Market only lasts for three days, so hurry up and sell your goods.

Tang Qingxi poured the remaining porridge into his mouth in two mouthfuls, and went downstairs with Ye Qingyi to continue shopping.

Seeing Tang Qingxi coming down, the merchants in the hall rushed up waving the goods in their hands.
