The young couple ate in their house, and Zhou Quan would occasionally put side dishes into Li Mai's bowl.
Later, Li Mai saw him pick up another radish strip and, since her mouth was empty, she subconsciously opened it.
Zhou Quan paused, then gently fed it to her mouth.
Li Mai met his somewhat intense gaze, coughed lightly, leaned forward, and bit into the radish.
However, seeing that he was momentarily stunned and did not pull his hand back, she chuckled mischievously to herself, raised an eyebrow at him, and simply used a little force to bite down on the chopsticks as well.
Zhou Quan was taken aback, his heart skipped a beat, and he subconsciously looked at Li Mai's pursed lips, his face turning bright red.
Li Mai's shoulders trembled, she put down her chopsticks, and let him off the hook.
Zhou Quan's hands trembled as he put down his chopsticks, staring at them, unsure whether he should continue eating.
Li Mai glanced at him, took a sip of porridge, and then said with a smile, "Shall I get you another pair of chopsticks?"
As she finished speaking, she was about to jump to the ground when Zhou Quan quickly grabbed her hand. "Don't go, you don't need to change."
"I thought you were annoyed that the chopsticks had my saliva on them," Li Mai said in a low voice, suppressing a laugh.
“No, I don’t mind. You’re my wife, and I will never mind you, Xiaomai. I just didn’t expect that you wouldn’t mind me either,” Zhou Quan said softly.
Li Mai glanced at his chopsticks, coughed lightly, and her ears turned a little red. She just wanted to tease him, but she had forgotten about this.
However, she has never been a germaphobe, and besides, this is her husband, so she has never complained about him.
"Eat quickly, it will get cold soon. Eat as much as you want, but don't stop eating after just a little. You will be the pillar of the family in the future, so you need to have a healthy body."

After dinner, Zhou Quan went to the outhouse as usual, and the family sat in the yard and talked for a while before going back to their houses.
Of course, the Zhou brothers, Zhou Lin and Zhou Lei, did the same as yesterday: first, they took their elder brother back to his house, then they helped prepare the water for his medicinal bath and helped their sister-in-law prepare things.
Finally, I helped my older brother into the bathtub, and then I started bringing in hot water every fifteen minutes to keep the water in the tub hot.
Zhou Quan saw hope and kept massaging his legs and feet in the bathtub.
“Xiaomai, I can feel my own pressure when I press it myself,” Zhou Quan said with delight to Limai, who came over to add hot water for him.

“Okay, sister-in-law, just wait. Xiao Lei and I will help you change the water.” Zhou Lin was very happy to hear that they could help his sister-in-law.
Li Mai smiled, understanding Zhou Lin's desire to thank her, and agreed.
This time, when Zhou Lin and Zhou Lei helped Zhou Quan out of the bathtub, Li Mai didn't hide again. Instead, after preparing the clothes he would wear after washing, she went up to the kang (a heated brick bed) to help him make the mattress, keeping her head down and not looking at them.
Although Zhou Quan was a little shy, he didn't say anything. Sooner or later, the two of them would be sleeping in the same bed. Now that Xiaomai had seen his whole body, he could accept it.
After he put on his undergarments and got onto the kang (heated brick bed), he quickly crawled into the quilt and lay down obediently, not daring to move again.
After Zhou Lin and Zhou Lei helped change the water, and Zhou Lei helped Zhou Quan bring the chamber pot back and put it away, the two brothers went to wash up and go to bed.
Seeing that Zhou Quan had turned to sleep facing the back wall, Li Mai didn't blow out the light. She just locked the door and went inside to soak in the bath.
After she finished washing up, blew out the lamp, and went to bed on the kang (heated brick bed), Zhou Quan unexpectedly turned around and quietly looked at her.
It was dark, and Li Mai couldn't see his expression clearly, but she could sense that he was staring blankly in her direction.
"Wheat!" he called softly, his voice slightly hoarse.
"What's wrong? Are you feeling unwell?" Li Mai heard that his voice sounded off, so she sat up, moved closer to him, and placed her hand on his forehead.
"Oh, why are you sweating? If you're hot, just kick off the blanket! Don't cover yourself up!" Li Mai touched his face and head covered in sweat and quickly helped him lift the blanket off.
"No..." Zhou Quan tried to stop him, but it was too late.
As Li Mai got closer to him, she also noticed his erect penis under the covers.
Li Mai's face flushed, and she quickly tried to back away.
"Xiaomai, I'm not feeling well. I'm sorry. I don't know what's wrong. This just happened. Unlike before, I can't go down quickly. I don't know what's wrong this time. I can't go down. I feel terrible!" Zhou Quan's voice was low, hoarse, and trembling.
He tried to grab her hand, as if that would make him feel better.
Li Mai quickly took his pulse.
