End of Chapter 256

The other assassins watched with great interest. In their view, Xu Fan was already at his wit's end, and it wouldn't be bad to have some fun with him.

The man in the trench coat who rushed towards them had a pair of metal gauntlets on his hands, which gleamed black against the gloomy sky.

A punch came flying toward Xu Fan's head, creating a fierce gust of wind.

Xu Fan simply tilted his head slightly and dodged this punch, which could be considered a killing move. If anyone else had encountered this punch, they would have been drawn by the wind from the punch and would never have been able to dodge it as easily as he did.

As if the force of the punch had no effect on Xu Fan, he easily dodged the punch, and a slightly serious expression appeared on the man in the trench coat's face.

He previously thought that the Huang family's offer of such a heavy reward for Xu Fan's head was too exaggerated, but when he stood opposite Xu Fan, he felt this powerful pressure.

But in reality, he didn't have time to think much. Xu Fan raised his leg and knee, ramming into his abdomen.

With a single blow, the man in the trench coat was sent flying like a kite, crashing to the ground not far away, his fate unknown.

The others looked shocked; those who had been expecting amusement suddenly felt a chill run down their spines.

The man in the trench coat is definitely one of the best among assassins; even if they were to face him, it would be difficult to say that he could easily defeat him.

Unexpectedly, Xu Fan defeated him in just a few swift and decisive moves, leaving him in a state of uncertainty about his life or death.

Only then did they realize they were afraid, and some began to consider backing out.

"We outnumber him, so if we all attack together, we're not afraid of not being able to take him down. If we retreat now, we won't be able to explain ourselves to the Huang family!"

Someone shouted.

The thought of the Huang family's power sent shivers down everyone's spines; they were an untouchable behemoth.

They decided to grit their teeth and fight Xu Fan; with so many of them, their chances of winning were very high.

Swoosh—

The sound of something cutting through the air came; someone had already launched a hidden weapon.

The poisoned spikes gleamed with a dark purple light and instantly hurtled towards Xu Fan's face.

Before the assassin could even reveal a triumphant smile, Xu Fan took a few steps forward, and the spikes flew to within a meter of him before falling to the ground as if they had hit an invisible wall.

These hidden weapons couldn't break through Xu Fan's defenses at all. With a wave of his hand, several spikes flew back at an even more frantic speed.

The assassin couldn't dodge in time, his body stopped abruptly, and the expression on his face froze on his previous smug look.

Immediately afterwards, his body turned black, and soon he turned into a pool of blood.

Xu Fan frowned; this hidden weapon was quite poisonous.

The other assassins were so terrified that they no longer had the will to fight Xu Fan and scattered in all directions.

With the Blood Glaze of Ten Thousand Demons gone, Xu Fan could only increase his speed; he didn't want these people to escape from his sight.

He charged toward the nearest assassin, and with a gentle clench of his right hand, the Immortal Execution Sword appeared in his grasp.

The assassin was wielding a Japanese samurai sword. Seeing that he couldn't outrun Xu Fan, he had no choice but to draw his sword and prepare to fight.

But Xu Fan didn't give him a chance to fight. With one sword strike, the katana broke, and the assassin's head fell to the ground.

Seeing this, the other assassins lost all will to resist and only wanted to escape.

They all pulled out special communication devices and called for help to the people behind them.

Xu Fan caught up with a few more people and killed them all with a single sword strike to the throat.

The others had nowhere to run. They huddled together, their legs trembling, and were almost ready to kneel down and beg for mercy from Xu Fan.

Just then, the space behind them suddenly split open, forming a huge black hole. The group was sucked in instantly, and the black hole was closing in, with disdainful laughter coming from inside.

Xu Fan watched coldly, and just as the black hole was about to disappear, he shot out the Zhuxian Sword in his hand, nailing it into the black crack that was about to close.

The smile inside vanished abruptly; he never expected that Xu Fan would have the ability to prevent space from repairing itself.

Xu Fan stepped forward and poured his true energy into the Zhuxian Sword. The Zhuxian Sword emitted a strong fluctuation, and the crack that it had pinned down also widened.

Once it expanded to a size large enough for one person to pass through, Xu Fan stepped inside.

Inside, it was still an endless expanse of black, only the stars in the sky were gone.

Xu Fan still couldn't sense the location of the Myriad Demon Blood Glaze here. He wondered if they weren't in this space.

He suddenly had an idea, and once again used the Immortal Execution Sword to slash at the space ahead.

Sizzle—

It was like tearing open a piece of cloth, revealing a blinding white underneath.

There was actually another space. Xu Fan thought he was just trapped in an illusion space, but he didn't expect that there was another layer beneath this space.

This means that there is more than one Void Devourer.

No wonder the driver said he saw many tentacles and stars. The stars were their eyes. These nested spaces were probably created by two Void Devouring Beasts.

Without much thought, Xu Fan picked up the Immortal Execution Sword and stepped into the white crevice.

Once his surroundings became clear, he realized that he was at the same intersection where he had taken a taxi before.

However, the fluctuations of the Myriad Demon Blood Glaze and the Chi Bone Sword were not far away.

This must be where those Void Devouring Beasts are hiding.

Xu Fan quickly turned a corner and saw Wan Yao Xue Liuli wielding the Chigu Sword, fighting a Void Devouring Beast that was as tall as a three- or four-story building.

Another Void Devouring Beast was on its last legs, slumped on the ground nearby.

Standing beside it was a middle-aged man with a grim expression.

It seems he's the culprit behind everything.
