The bus slowly drove onto the highway. At first, Ma Lihua did not notice anything unusual.
However, as time went on, the temperature inside the car dropped lower and lower, as if an invisible chill was seeping in from all directions.
She couldn't help but frown; the cold was abnormal, and she felt it was an eerie chill.
A chill seemed to seep through the gaps in her clothes, penetrating straight to her bones, making her shiver involuntarily.
Ma Lihua looked at the car's air conditioning vents with a puzzled expression, but no air was blowing out. She then turned to look out the window; the scenery on both sides of the highway rushed past, and a strong wind howled outside the car, as if it were the source of the cold.
She adjusted her posture, trying to find a slightly warmer spot, but to no avail.
The cold seemed to permeate the entire carriage, and no matter how she moved, she could not escape the ever-present chill.
"Grandma, I'm a little cold," she said in a sweet, coquettish voice.
Ma Linghua opened her eyes and looked around. Good heavens, why is this car full of ghosts?
Not only Ma Lihua felt cold, but the surrounding passengers also began to notice the unusually low temperature. Some complained in hushed tones, while others tried to wrap themselves up more tightly with their clothes.
The atmosphere inside the car became somewhat oppressive, and everyone's expressions revealed their confusion and unease about the sudden cold.
Ma Lihua felt her hands and feet were about to freeze, and her breathing seemed to become difficult, as if every breath of air contained shards of ice, stinging her throat.
This damn body is getting weaker and weaker, and I feel very empty. I never had this problem before. Could it be because I've been fighting too much lately?
Ma Hehua was also awakened by the cold, which shows how abnormal this was.
The Ma family members' bodies are no longer at normal body temperatures; they all feel cold, which indicates a serious problem.
The atmosphere inside the bus grew increasingly eerie; the cold was utterly illogical, as if the bus had entered a frigid world isolated from the outside world.
At this moment, the bus was still traveling at a normal speed on the highway, and the chilling cold made everyone uneasy.
"What's going on? Why is it getting colder and colder in the car?"
"I don't know!"
"It's so cold, I feel like I'm in a refrigerator."
"Is the heating not turned on?"
"Go ask the driver if the heating is off."
The passengers on the bus started to stir, but Corpse Fox remained as calm as a rock, sitting in the bus with perfect composure.
She was already dead, so how could she feel the low temperature? But looking at the three members of the Ma family, she felt a secret sense of satisfaction.
The bus was traveling smoothly on the highway, but the temperature inside was frighteningly low.
Ma Lihua sat in her seat, her body trembling uncontrollably, as if she were in a huge ice cellar.
The surrounding air seemed to have frozen into visible ice crystals, permeating the entire carriage.
Everyone hugged themselves tightly, trying to draw warmth from their own bodies, but the chill was inescapable, relentlessly invading every inch of their skin.
Her fingers were so numb that she had almost lost all feeling, and her legs felt frozen and so heavy that she could not move an inch.
The surrounding passengers were also suffering from the unusually low temperature; some were teeth chattering, others were as pale as paper. Their eyes were filled with fear and helplessness, wondering where this sudden extreme cold had come from.
A thin layer of frost gradually formed on the car windows, making the outside world blurry.
The temperature inside the car continued to drop, as if it were going to freeze everyone into ice sculptures.
This extreme cold is not only a physical torment, but also a huge psychological shock, making people feel endless fear and despair in this confined space.
Outside the bus.
"Sang Jun, are you really sure there's treasure in this car?"
“Your Excellency Sanque, you must trust my sense of smell and perception.”
The man was driving a car closely behind the bus. A woman was standing on the roof of the bus. Her black hair was blowing in the night wind, and her pale blue eyes were full of coldness.
Ma Lihua sensed a faint divine power, but she wasn't sure if it was just her imagination.
Looking at the ghosts in the car, Ma Linghua was immediately puzzled again; these ghosts seemed to be shivering from the cold as well.
Where exactly is this chill coming from?
The driver drove on nonchalantly, completely unaware that he was the only car on the highway.
"Damn it, I can't take it anymore!"
Ma Hehua stood up and shouted, then pulled out a large knife from behind her back and slashed fiercely at the roof of the car.
And you know what? This big knife worked really well; it immediately tore a hole in the roof of the car.
Passengers: "……………………"
It was so damn brutal, but no one dared to say a word. Who knew if this woman, who was as big as a man, would actually kill someone?
Ma Hehua kicked the hole with all her might, making it huge, and then jumped onto it without hesitation.
Sure enough, the problem was soon discovered: they were no longer on the highway; they were clearly inside the territory.
No wonder she and her mother both felt cold!
Watching the continuous flow of cold air emanating from a woman's body on the roof of the car.
She was tall and slender, and her white kimono fluttered in the wind, as if she had blended into the surrounding night scene.
Her skin was as white as snow, crystal clear, and radiated a cold glow.
Her stunningly beautiful face was breathtaking, yet it also carried a hint of coldness and mystery.
