Chapter 241 Surviving Unexpectedly

"Stop the car! I need to get off! Stop the car now!" The nurse's voice was loud, attracting the attention of the woman and the man.

"What are you yelling for? It's the middle of the night, it's kind of scary. Stop yelling or I'll get physical with you." The thug looked impatient.

"Stop the car! I want to get out! I want to get out!"

The nurse completely ignored the man's commands; she realized then that something was wrong with the car.

"I want to get off the bus..." Her voice was cut off, and no one could hear her; all they could see was her mouth moving incessantly.

Lan Niang revealed a sinister smile. They were no good ghosts; they had eaten human flesh countless times. In fact, they were all vengeful spirits.

"That's more like it!" The man nodded in satisfaction. He thought the woman was afraid of him, but little did he know that the woman was being deceived by a ghost.

When they arrived at Ailao Mountain, the three members of the Ma family got out of the car without looking back and left. The nurse looked at them, her pupils dilated, and cried out, "Take me down, take me down, save me, save me."

Her voice was heard by the three members of the Ma family, but so what?

Cause and effect are cyclical and predetermined.

Soon, the car disappeared at the foot of the Ailao Mountains and drove directly towards the river in Jianshan Village.

"Hey! I say, isn't this the wrong way to go?" The man was about to stand up and ask a question when the car stopped.

As soon as the car door opened, a blast of cold air hit us, and the surrounding temperature dropped very quickly.

"Brother Lin, I'm so scared, where am I?" The woman named Chu Chu clung to the man's arm.

The nurse sat trembling in her seat. She...she saw her dead sister and her unborn nephew.

"Sister, don't look for me, don't look for me. I was wrong. I shouldn't have been thinking about your husband. I caused your death. But I never thought that expired labor-inducing drug would kill you. I was just joking with you. Sister... please let me go!"

The nurse was terrified. She looked at her sister, whose eyes were bleeding, and felt immense fear.

Then, as if remembering something, she cried out, "Sister, I'm pregnant. Brother-in-law, you can't kill me! I'll have your child, I'll take care of your man! Sister, please let me go, please let me go!"

Lan Niang: "…………………………"

Good heavens, this is utterly shameless! It harms others and then twists their thoughts; it's simply selfish and self-serving.

"Tsk! What kind of man is this good? Why don't I have any women fighting over him?" Old Deng said with a sigh.

Lan Niang: [“Ha! With your face full of pockmarks and your mouthful of yellow teeth?”] She was too embarrassed to say anything to him.

Right now, the calmest one is still the drunk man. He's dressed in a suit and tie, and he's a bit unsteady, but he's quite persistent and hasn't thrown up yet.

The car door opened, and many passengers boarded. Before the nurse could calm down, she heard a woman's voice above her head.

"That's my spot, that's my spot..."

The nurse looked up and saw a woman wearing a black dress. Despite the cold weather, she was wearing a summer dress.

This is clearly illogical, and the woman has dark circles under her eyes and her lips look bloodless.

She swallowed hard. "Why don't you sit next to me?" Her voice trembled.

"No! I want to sit in my seat." The woman's sharp, piercing voice made her eardrums ache.

She was so frightened that sweat poured down her forehead. "But...but, if you sit down, where am I supposed to sit?"

"I have a ticket, this is my seat," the female ghost said, pulling out a blood-stained red train ticket.

The man named Brother Lin and the woman named Chu Chu were facing the same situation.

Before the three could react, the drunk man was dragged to the last carriage by several petite women, and then a scream was heard from him.

"Ah...ah...ah..."

That wasn't the most terrifying part. The most terrifying part was that the three of them heard the sound of chewing, accompanied by the man's screams.

It sounded as if countless people were eating something, the noise sending chills down your spine.

"Tickets, no tickets, we don't have tickets, we got on the wrong train, open the door and let me out." The man looked fierce and stood up as he spoke.

Before he could even start a fuss, several tall and burly men got on the bus. They looked pale and stared at him and Chu Chu with greedy eyes.

"What do you want to do? If you do anything reckless, I'll call the police!" Brother Lin threatened them.

"Hehe! I work at a steel factory. My family hasn't offered sacrifices in a long time. It's the New Year, and being able to eat delicious meat is pretty good." With that, the tall and mighty male ghost suddenly pounced on Brother Lin and knocked him to the ground.

"Eat..."

"Quickly, get in..."

"If you go too late, there won't be any soup left."

A dense swarm of people rushed towards Brother Lin. Chu Chu stood aside, dumbfounded. Brother Lin's blood splattered on her face, scaring her so much that she wet herself.

The nurse also welcomed her customers. Sister Lan hugged one of her legs and gnawed on it, her face showing an expression of utter infatuation.

"Waaah..." Chu Chu felt as if she were standing in hell. She covered her mouth tightly, not daring to make a loud noise.

The scene was too bloody; she felt like vomiting, but she couldn't.

The car slowly sank into the river. At that moment, the car door opened, and the river water flowed in. Chu Chu looked at the car door, gritted her teeth, and swam towards the car door with all her might.

At the last moment, her head surfaced, and she swam swiftly from the river to the shore, faster than the fish in the river.

She couldn't understand why she was alright and had survived, so she touched her chest, trying to calm herself down.
