Before she could even react, she saw the man skillfully stir-frying, tossing the wok, and chopping vegetables, all in one smooth, effortless motion. To her, it was like watching a horror movie.
"Brother Shangguan, someone's looking for you. I hope it won't keep you from cooking!" The woman almost lost her composure when the voice came out.
"No, I'll cook the food first. You can take her to the living room!" Shangguan Wenyan said calmly.
"Alright then! Brother Shangguan, you'd better cook well! Make sure the meat is well-seasoned!"
"Alright, you little glutton, go outside. The fumes are strong; don't hurt your skin." He said gently, with a doting expression.
The woman felt extremely distressed seeing this.
What about her young master, who never lifted a finger, was decisive, ruthless, and resourceful?
If she knew that Shangguan Wenyan was now a master at raising pigs, chickens, and ducks, I wonder if she would go crazy.
