Fang Hang stood in front of the vermilion gate of the courtyard house, his eyes wide like copper bells and his mouth agape enough to fit an egg.
His gaze lingered on the ornately decorated and imposing buildings of the courtyard house, muttering to himself, "This...this place must be quite valuable, right?"
As he spoke, he swallowed hard, his expression as if he had seen a mountain of gold.
Li Xin curled his lip and sneered, "Look at your pathetic self, all you have is a courtyard house."
Fang Hang jumped up like a cat whose tail had been stepped on: "So what? Do you even have one? Do you know how much it's worth?"
Li Xin shook his head: "No, I don't know how much it's worth, but this is my grandfather's house, so it has to be left to me in the future, right? My dad is the eldest son."

The unique aroma danced on the taste buds, the refreshing cucumber and scallions neutralized the greasiness of the duck meat, and the rich sweet bean sauce was the icing on the cake.
A satisfied expression appeared on her face, the corners of her mouth turned up slightly, and her eyes were full of happiness. She nodded slightly as she ate, seemingly praising the deliciousness of the roast duck.
They ate each bite with utmost care, as if it were the most delicious thing in the world.
"You bumpkin, it's just roast duck!" A sharp and abrupt voice, like a blade, shattered the originally warm atmosphere in the roast duck restaurant.
Li Xin frowned and looked up unhappily, only to see a woman in a mink coat standing arrogantly beside him.
In this freezing weather, her outfit appeared extremely thin, yet she seemed to want to highlight her uniqueness. However, to onlookers, it looked somewhat comical, as if beauty and freezing were synonymous in her.
"You're not a country bumpkin, so why are you eating roast duck? Ugly people always cause trouble, and you see gossipy old women every day."
Li Xin's lips curled up slightly, a hint of disdain flashing in his eyes, and his sharp tongue launched an attack in an instant.
He never tolerated people who stirred up trouble for no reason, and his words were like cannonballs aimed directly at the woman.
"What did you say?" The woman's face changed, turning red with anger, her eyes wide as if they were about to spit fire. "Hmph! I'm not talking to you. You have no manners at all. I don't know if you've wasted your education."
As she spoke, she waved her arms like an enraged hen.
