Chapter 71 Dormitory

Chapter 71 Dormitory

The upper bunk was occupied by a thin girl wearing homespun clothes.

Seeing Li Wenxi coming in, everyone greeted her in a friendly manner. Everyone

introduced themselves again.

It turned out that the girl in the lower bunk was Gao Hui, from An County below Ningcheng, and the middle-aged woman accompanying her was her mother. The girl

in the upper bunk was Hao Sanmei, from another county.

The girl in the lower bunk opposite the window was Zhang Shulan, who went out to buy things and was not here now.

Li Wenxi looked around and saw that there were three empty seats, Zhang Shulan's upper bunk. There were also two seats in the upper and lower bunks next to Hao Sanmei.

She decided to choose Zhang Shulan's upper bunk. This place was near the window, there were few people, and it was quiet.

Li Wenxi took the rag she had prepared in advance and wiped the bed. Li Wenhua was quietly helping her second sister wash the rags and spread the blankets.

Gao Hui said enviously, "Your brother is so nice."

Li Wenxi glanced at Li Wenhua, who was blushing, and smiled, "Yes, my brother is very nice."

Li Wenhua's face turned even redder.

"You two siblings are good-looking, too." Gao Hui's mother smiled.

Gao Hui couldn't help but look at Li Wenxi again. She was wearing a pair of military green pants that had been washed to a pale color, and a white shirt. She

had a braid on each side, which was shiny and black and hung in front of her chest.

She had a slender and upright figure, an oval face that was pure and elegant, and watery eyes.

She stood there so pretty that people couldn't help but look at her again and again.

Li Wenxi's brother was also very handsome, taller than Li Wenxi, and also tall, with some similarities to Li Wenxi's eyebrows and eyes.

"Thank you, Auntie." Li Wenhua took the initiative to reply, "It's mainly because Auntie speaks nicely."

Gao Hui's mother laughed non-stop, "Oh, your parents are so lucky to have you two children. I like you all the time."

Gao Hui pouted and said, "You just don't like me."

Everyone laughed.

As they were talking, two more people came in from the door, a middle-aged woman and a girl.

Everyone smiled at them, and they just nodded coldly.

When introducing themselves, the girl said, "My name is Qian Hong, and my family is from the city. I live in the dormitory to save time for study."

Generally, students who live in the dormitory of Ningcheng No. 1 Middle School are from the county below, and those from the city are day students.

Others saw the arrogance of the two mothers and daughters, so they stopped talking and sorted their things.

Li Wenhua took out a bed sheet and quilt from the fertilizer bag and handed it over.

Qian Hong's mother covered her mouth and said with disdain: "How can this be used to hold quilts? It's for fertilizer. You country people don't care about things."

Li Wenxi said: "It was used to hold quilts before. It was washed four or five times and exposed to the sun for a few days." And she saw many people using it to hold quilts today.

Hao Sanmei, who was spreading the quilt, hurriedly folded back the bed sheet that showed the patch.

Qian Hong's mother sneered.

Li Wenhua said, "What's wrong with being from the countryside? The cloth shoes on your feet are also made by country people. Counting back three generations, everyone is from the countryside."

Qian Hong snorted, but she didn't say anything after seeing the cloth shoes on her feet. She asked to borrow a pair of leather shoes, but her mother said she couldn't borrow them.

A small argument made the dormitory fall into silence again.

After a while, Qian Hong pointed at Zhang Shulan's bed and said, "Mom, I want to live here."

Everyone knows that the place by the window is a good location .

"Someone lives there." Gao Hui and Li Wenxi said.

"Isn't there anyone there now?" Qian Hong didn't care, and immediately rolled up Zhang Shulan's blanket and moved it to the empty bed.

Everyone else was stunned.

"This is my seat." A girl with glasses and a ponytail walked in.
