With a snap!
The bag was thrown onto the conference table, and it was clearly visible that it contained a pair of shorts that had been worn by a woman.
The women in the conference room looked away when they saw the stains on it.
"It's so dirty! So disgusting!"
When Xie Lanzhi saw the things on the table, his face darkened and he tightened his fingertips on his knees.
He came from a noble family and was a favored child of heaven. He had his own pride and self-cultivation. Even though he had been in the army for more than ten years and had experienced many cruel things, no one had ever humiliated him like this.
Such humiliation made Xie Lanzhi completely angry.
His eyes were like the night sky in winter, scanning everyone in the conference room coldly.
With just one glance, the air in the room suddenly became cold, making people shudder.
Xie Lanzhi narrowed his eyes slightly and shouted in a deep voice: "Amuti!"
"arrive!"
Amuti stood up like a sharp blade drawn from its sheath.
Xie Lanzhi stood up slowly and adjusted his sleeves leisurely, exuding a suffocating sense of oppression.
He just said calmly: "Catch all of them, don't let any one go!"
Amuti seemed to be waiting for these words. Upon hearing them, he turned around and rushed out of the meeting room without looking back.
“Bang!”
The door of the conference room was slammed shut with a deafening noise.
There was an uproar in the room, and everyone was criticizing at once.
"You're crazy! How dare you do this!"
"As expected, you are a beast in human form. If you have the guts, just catch me! With so many of us, we are not afraid of you!"
"We explained everything when we came here. If you can't go back, your ugly face will be in the newspapers soon!"
Facing the criticism from everyone, Xie Lanzhi did not argue at all. He walked steadily to Li Hongying who lowered her head.
"If you tell the truth now, everyone will be spared."
"If you don't tell them, they will all pay the price for your lies."
Li Hongying began to tremble all over, and tears fell on the back of her hands that were tightly clutching her pants.
She didn't dare to raise her head, her voice trembling as she cried, "What I said... is all true... it was... you who raped me..."
Xie Lanzhi stared at Li Hongying with eyes as sharp as an eagle, and his brows revealed a vicious look that made people dare not look directly at him.
"Then tell me, when and where did I bully you, and how did I do it?"
The voice was deep and powerful, and every word was like a heavy hammer, hitting Li Hongying's heart.
Li Hongying felt Xie Lanzhi's aggressiveness, her body shook violently, and she began to sob.
She seemed to have suffered a great injustice and was now threatened by bad guys.
"Li Hongying! Raise your head!"
Xie Lanzhi suddenly shouted fiercely, showing the ferocity he showed towards his enemies.
Li Hongying shuddered, slid off the stool, knelt down, and kowtowed repeatedly.
"I was wrong. It was all my fault. I shouldn't have said that. You didn't bully me..."
"I was bullied by someone else. I was wrong. Please let me go. I won't hold you responsible anymore. Woo woo woo..."
She kowtowed and raised her voice to explain.
These seemingly plausible words sounded as if they were changed under the coercion of Xie Lanzhi.
Xie Lanzhi's face was gloomy and he sneered, "I gave you a chance, but you didn't know how to cherish it."
Li Hongying's kowtow movement froze.
A trace of mocking smile escaped from Xie Lanzhi's thin lips: "Now that things have come to this, I still have one last question for you. Look up at me."
Li Hongying slowly raised her head and looked at Xie Lanzhi in front of her. He had a cold and noble demeanor, and inadvertently gave off an unattainable and distant feeling that made people dare not blaspheme.
Xie Lanzhi looked down at Li Hongying, who was short and barely pretty.
He asked in a lazy tone, amusedly: "Do you think there is anything about you that is worthy of my bullying?"
The subconscious mind is - I’m not blind, I just look down on you!
It's not that Xie Lanzhi judges people by their appearance, nor is it that he looks down on people.
Li Hongying looked cowardly and pitiful, but her eyes were filled with calculations that could be seen through.
If such a character were placed in a Beijing compound, even children of seven or eight years old would look down on her.
