Chapter 350: Meeting the Two Brothers Again

"Huh?"

Alice, whose name was called, raised her head and looked at Russell with her sapphire eyes.

"Does brother Russell hate Alice?"

“Ugh—!”

Russell suddenly seemed to have suffered internal injuries. He covered his chest tightly and glared at Irene fiercely.

The latter turned his head away, looking as if it had nothing to do with him.

Russell could only force a smile and said to Alice:

"How, how could that be? There's no one in this world who hates Alice! Leave it to me today. Just order whatever you want, little Alice!"

“Eh…”

Alice blinked, then bowed slightly to Russell and thanked him.

"Thank you, Brother Russell, but Aunt Clea taught me not to accept things from others for free."

"That's right."

Arthur patted Alice's head and said with a smile,

"I promised Alice I'd treat her to a nice dinner today. If Russell ends up treating, wouldn't that mean I've broken my promise?"

"Hey, you two brothers and sisters~!"

Irene smiled and shook her head.

"If it were any other adventurer, they'd be dying to drain this guy's wallet!"

Lucien also said,

"You two siblings are still the same as always~! Come on, order some food, what would little Alice like to eat? Don't worry about your brother, he's actually quite good at making money."

Lucien handed over the menu.

Arthur took the menu and was about to find a chair to sit down.

"Brother, can I sit next to Sister Hulim?"

Alice suddenly raised her head and asked.

"No problem, Alice, come over here."

Hulim moved the chair. The table was spacious and Alice could sit down easily even without moving it. This was done just to allow Alice, who had difficulty moving, to sit closer.

"Thank you, Sister Hulim."

Alice said with a smile as she was pushed next to Hulim by Arthur.

Seeing the other person's obedient smile, Hulim reached out and rubbed her head.

"Is Alice feeling better now?"

"Yes," Alice nodded. "Although she can't walk on her own yet, she can stand up and take a few steps now and then. By the way, last year I heard that Sister Hulim had some problems and had to travel far away to deal with them. Has it been resolved now?"

"Solved."

Hulim nodded.

"Look, do I look stronger now than before?"

"Hey, this..."

Alice looked troubled.

"Anyway, Sister Hulim has fully recovered, right? I'm relieved then."

"Haha," Arthur laughed, "Hulim, Alice can't tell how strong you are~."

"I know, I was just joking with little Alice~."

As he said that, he rubbed Alice's head again.
