The next day.
When Su Nianxue and Gu Yanliu came to town to deliver tofu, they didn't see Yang Hongxing at the entrance of the grocery store.
However, a familiar aroma of steamed buns wafted from not far away.
Yang Hongxing, with her sharp eyes, immediately waved to them as soon as she saw them, "Nianxue, Yanliu, over here."
"Sister-in-law, why don't you stay here and play for a while? I can go by myself, and I'll come back to pick you up later."

“Okay!” Su Nianxue walked straight into the steamed bun shop.

The steamed bun shop is still doing business.

A very fashionable young girl walked into the shop.

"Mingjie, what have you been up to lately? It's been ages since you came to visit us!"

He snapped to attention and said to the girl with some impatience, "I'm busy, I have to help my wife with chores!"
The young girl glanced at Yang Hongxing with disdain, and when she saw Yang's face and clothes clearly, the contempt in her eyes became even more obvious.
"So this is your wife? She's not very good-looking. And what's with all that clothing? It's so unfashionable!"
Yang Hongxing gave her a cold glance. "I sell steamed buns here, I don't do any other business. If you want to find a man, go somewhere else!"
The young girl pouted, ignoring her sarcastic remarks, and focused on talking to Zhou Mingjie.
"Mingjie, let's go play together. What's so fun about this run-down steamed bun shop?"
"Go play by yourself! I have a family to support, so I won't get involved with you kids anymore." Zhou Mingjie waved to her.
Instead of backing down, the girl pressed on, "What do you mean by 'having a family'? Weren't you being forced to marry this country bumpkin?"
"You really intend to settle down with her? That's not like you at all."
Zhou Mingjie's marriage is no secret in the industry.
Everyone knows that he was forced by the Yang family to marry this woman.
No one believed that the prodigal son Zhou Mingjie would settle down just because he got married.
Therefore, no one paid any attention to Yang Hongxing.
Yang Hongxing sneered and simply pushed Zhou Mingjie out as well, saying, "Immediately, right now, take this woman and get out of here."
The girl's face lit up with joy, and she was about to step forward to help him up. "Come on, ignore this country bumpkin, let's go play by ourselves."
Zhou Mingjie suddenly took a step back, his eyes filled with coldness. "You... get the hell away from me and don't bother me again."
The girl immediately became obedient after being glared at by his cold gaze. Zhou Mingjie was very easygoing when he was happy, but he was equally terrifying when he got angry.
She glared at Yang Hongxing, stomped her foot angrily, and ran away.
Zhou Mingjie returned to the shop with an embarrassed smile, intending to explain a few words to her.
Then Yang Hongxing said, "Zhou Mingjie, is this your mistress? You've been spending all this time with her?"
Yang Hongxing looked at him coldly, her gentleness completely gone.
Zhou Mingjie hurriedly waved his hand, "No, what are you thinking?"
I don't have any lovers.
You're just like a child; you've misunderstood.
Besides, since we got married, when have I ever done anything improper?
