Trusting Su Nianxue, Gu Yanliu remained silent despite his doubts.
The two found a shady spot and sat down, waiting leisurely.

"Selling bean sprouts! Selling bean sprouts!" Aunt Luhua's loud voice echoed throughout the entire vegetable market.
"Selling bean sprouts, 15 cents a pound!" Aunt Lanhua called out immediately, not wanting to be left behind.
It did attract a group of middle-aged women to the stall.
The other bean sprout vendors in the market exchanged glances and called out, "Bean sprouts for sale! Fifteen cents a pound!"
Those two old women are the worst; they used to charge 18 cents a pound.
But as soon as they arrived, they managed to bring the price down.
It's hot now, and bean sprouts can't be stored for long. If they don't sell today, they'll all be ruined.
Therefore, even if they were resentful, they had no choice but to lower the price.
Aunt Lanhua panicked. Others had also lowered their prices, so they no longer had an advantage.
Then, she rolled her eyes and said, "Selling bean sprouts, fourteen cents a pound."
Other vendors were charging "13 cents a pound".
Aunt Luhua said, "Twelve cents a pound."
Seeing this dramatic scene, the people in the market stopped rushing to buy vegetables and started watching the spectacle.
"Sister-in-law, how did you guess?"
"Do you think they'll start fighting later?" Gu Yanliu watched the commotion with excitement.
"It's not a guess."
It was Gou Dan who told me that Aunt Lu Hua bought all the mung beans from their house.
So, I guess they're going to make a big move." Su Nianxue looked at the market with a smile.
