Qin Sheng sent a message to Wen Muyun and then went straight home.
It was almost midnight, and Gu Yueming had already been put to sleep by Qin Zheng, while Qin Zhao was still in the living room studying and waiting for her.
He immediately smelled the alcohol on her and frowned, "It stinks."
Qin Sheng: "?"
I'm so annoyed.
So she turned around and went to the wine cabinet, took out two bottles of her father's red wine, poured two glasses and put them in front of Qin Zhao: "You drink."
It will smell just like before after you drink it.
Let's not talk about each other.
Qin Zhao, who understood what his older sister meant: "..."
This older sister seems a bit silly today.
Qin Zhao disliked drinking alcohol, especially red wine.
Even the finest red wine tastes sour, bitter, and spicy to him.
But when faced with his sister's unwavering gaze, Qin Zhao pursed his lips, picked up the wine glass closest to him, and began to drink it sip by sip.
Qin Sheng was satisfied. After he finished drinking, she leaned over and smelled him, saying in a cool voice, "You stink too."
Qin Zhao: "..."
It's confirmed.
His sister isn't quite right in the head today.
Qin Sheng was a little intoxicated.
The result is that I don't want to sleep at all.
Glancing at the computer in front of Qin Zhao, seeing that he was studying a program code, he grabbed the computer and slowly started typing.
I explained it to him while I was typing.
Qin Zhao saw that the program he had been studying all night and still hadn't fully cracked was being pushed to the end by his sister, who couldn't even last five minutes.
Qin Sheng switched the screen back to the desktop, glanced at it briefly, and saw a document on the desktop titled "Problem," which he casually clicked on.
These are all problems that Qin Zhao encountered during his research process; some have been solved, while others are still under investigation.
Qin Sheng didn't care whether he understood or not, and kept asking one question after another.
After Qin Zhao's head was throbbing from digesting the massive amount of knowledge that had suddenly been crammed into his brain, he turned around and found that Qin Sheng had already fallen asleep on the sofa, clutching a small cup.
There were two empty wine bottles on the coffee table.
Qin Zhao: "..."
He had two glasses and there was still a bottle and a half left. How did she manage to finish it so quietly?
And... what's wrong with drinking so much that you just keep drinking?
Qin Zhao had heard of people getting drunk and acting crazy, crying, spacing out, or sleeping, but he had never heard of anyone getting drunk and continuing to drink.
That's incredible.
Qin Zhao rubbed his throbbing temples, hesitated for a moment, and then called Gu Yueming.
Gu Yueming hadn't waited for Qin Sheng to come home, and since she was already having trouble sleeping, she immediately came out of her room and went downstairs after receiving the call.
Qin Zheng followed as well.
Upon seeing the two empty wine bottles on the table, and then looking at her flushed youngest son and her sleeping youngest daughter, she couldn't help but think: "..."
It's quite impressive that the two siblings could drink like that.
Qin Zhao said innocently, "My sister drank too much when she came back, and she was just explaining a problem to me while drinking, and that's how it happened."
All right.
Qin Zheng rubbed his temples, gestured to Qin Zhao with his chin, telling him to go back to his room and sleep, then picked up Qin Sheng and carried her directly back to her room.
Then it was handed over to Gu Yueming.
Gu Yueming took off Qin Sheng's shoes, socks, and clothes, changed her into pajamas, and then gave her a quick face wash before tucking her into bed.
Qin Sheng woke up once in the middle of the night, but when she saw it was Gu Yueming, she closed her eyes and went back to sleep.
Gu Yueming's heart melted at the sight of that trusting and unguarded demeanor, and her initial intention to scold her was instantly forgotten.
He could only laugh and pinch her cheek before closing the door and leaving.
Qin Zheng was still waiting for her outside. When she came out, he raised an eyebrow slightly: "I thought you were going to abandon me to sleep with our daughter tonight?"
Gu Yueming's eyes lit up: "Really?!"
With that, he turned around and walked back.
Qin Zheng: "..."
He just said it casually.
And why is he so disliked?
Look how much she's laughing, her eyes are almost closed!
Gu Yueming had already returned to Qin Sheng's room and didn't know what he was thinking. If she did know, she would definitely snort loudly and say in an annoyed tone: Don't you know how annoying you are?
Nearly eighteen years late, Gu Yueming finally unlocked a new achievement: "sleeping while holding her fragrant daughter."
I was so happy that I couldn't sleep most of the night.
Just as I was finally starting to feel sleepy, I felt my little daughter in my arms turn over and turn her bottom towards me.
He even muttered something under his breath.
What did he mutter?
Gu Yueming racked her brains to recall the details, then refined her memory before finally remembering it.
Qin Sheng said, "I don't want you, I want Brother Fu."
Gu Yueming felt as if a bolt of lightning had struck from a clear sky, shattering her heart.
Then she grabbed her pillow and ran back to the master bedroom, sobbing, and nestled into her beloved husband's arms.
Qin Zheng hadn't fallen asleep either. After listening to his wife explain why she had run back, he couldn't help but let out a long sigh: "Alas, daughters grow up and leave home."
Gu Yueming cried even harder.
Qin Zheng empathized with the person's feelings and patiently comforted them. Then, after offering his comfort, he turned off the lights.
(Hahahaha!)
*
The light in another room, a few rooms away, hasn't been turned on yet.
When Qin Sheng was half asleep, she felt a warm source approaching. Thinking it was Gu Yueming, she instinctively hugged her back.
Forget it, I'll still take this mother.
