Qin Zheng spotted the girl being led home by Gu Yueming at a glance. His eyes lit up and he immediately went to meet her.
Qin Sheng paused in her steps.
She looked up and met Qin Zheng's seemingly calm but undisguised joy in his eyes. She pursed her lips and called out, "Dad."
Qin Zheng froze, and when he finally realized what he had heard, he could no longer suppress his excitement and stretched out his arms to hug the girl.
The man's voice was hoarse beyond belief: "Sheng Sheng, my precious daughter, I've finally waited for this day."
