Chapter 389 Taking a Gamble
Just as they saw the light and were about to drive out of the passage, a head popped out of a car in front of them.
Rad pointed at Chen Bolang and shouted, "You all follow me."

When the soldiers stationed at the exit heard that the only person who knew how to make the ability-enhancing fluid was about to escape, they didn't hesitate and drove off with their vehicles and cannons in hand.

The people inside those vehicles all pointed machine guns at the pink RV, surrounding it within a perimeter.
At that moment, Rad's car caught up, and he shouted at the people in the pink RV, "You can't escape, don't even think about running away. I promised you before that I would let you go as long as you made the power-enhancing fluid."
The people inside the RV, looking at the vehicles surrounding them and the dark gun barrels they were holding, felt utterly hopeless.

He gripped the steering wheel tightly, slammed on the gas, and sped toward the space between the two cars.
The soldiers outside didn't expect them to actually refuse to surrender. The moment they saw the RV rushing out, they instinctively opened fire.
Bullets of all sizes pelted the RV, but inside, with the doors and windows tightly shut, not a sound was heard.
Until Chen Bolang watched helplessly as a bullet flew rapidly toward the windshield of the car.
