Wen Lin's face turned red, and he quickly changed the subject.
"Political Commissar Wan, why are you here too?"
Wan Guoqiang laughed: "I am just taking advantage of you. I was transferred here to help you. I am here with your sister-in-law to see if you need any help."
Wen Lin was also very happy when he heard this. He had gotten along quite well with Wan Guoqiang in the past two years. Now that Wan Guoqiang came to partner with him, he felt a lot more at ease.
"We don't have anything to help with."
He and Mu Wanwan had almost finished cleaning the room.
Zhang Guihua looked at the collapsed bed on the ground and asked, "What about your bed? You only have one bed here, how do you sleep at night without it?"

Wan Guoqiang proposed a solution and immediately helped Wen Lin throw the broken bed board in the room into the yard, and then took Wen Lin to the dormitory building to move the bed.
After the men left, Zhang Guihua enthusiastically took Mu Wanwan's hand.
"Sister, my name is Zhang Guihua, I should be seven or eight years older than you. You are so pretty, and you and Wen Lin are a perfect match. How do you say it, a talented man and a beautiful woman? Yes, a talented man and a beautiful woman!"
Mu Wanwan smiled and said, "Sister Guihua, my name is Mu Wanwan, you can just call me Wanwan."
"Your voice is nice too! Wanwan, we live next door to yours, so we'll be neighbors from now on. If you need any help, just tell me. As long as I can help, I won't hesitate!"
Zhang Guihua has a generous personality. Although the clothes she wears are simple, they are kept clean. Mu Wanwan has a good impression of her.

Zhang Guihua rolled up her sleeves, found a rag and started to help wipe it. She worked efficiently and chatted with Mu Wanwan while she worked.
With her help, the other rooms were quickly cleaned.
Wen Lin and the others had just come back with the bed. After the bed was put away, Wan Guoqiang and Zhang Guihua wanted to go back. Mu Wanwan grabbed Zhang Guihua and handed her a bag of egg cakes.
"Sister-in-law, take this back and feed it to the child."
Through the conversation just now, Mu Wanwan knew that Zhang Guihua had a seven-year-old son, and children like to eat this kind of thing.
"No, no, egg cake is not cheap, I can't have it!"
Zhang Guihua waved her hands quickly.
Mu Wanwan, however, forced herself into her arms.
"Sister-in-law, this is a gift for my nephew. Please take it. If you don't take it, I will be angry!"
Since she had said so much, Zhang Guihua couldn't refuse anymore and had to accept it.
After seeing the couple out the door, Mu Wanwan and Wen Lin went into the house.
Wen Lin began to make the bed. The beds in the dormitory were a bit small, so they would have to make do with them for the next few days.
Mu Wanwan was watching from the side and couldn't help but ask, "Is this bed sturdy?"
She was really scared. If the bed collapsed again, she would be too embarrassed to face anyone!
Wen Lin coughed twice and said, "It should be quite strong."
"That's fine."
After saying that, Mu Wanwan went to the kitchen. There was no gas installed in the kitchen, so she had to light a fire first. Fortunately, there was some firewood in the yard. Mu Wanwan took it to the kitchen, lit it, and started to cook dinner.
After cleaning for such a long time, she was actually a little hungry. In order to save time, Mu Wanwan made some simple shredded pork noodles with two eggs in it.
The noodles were ready by the time Wen Lin finished sweeping the yard.
The two of them each held a large bowl, sat face to face and started eating.
Mu Wanwan was very satisfied with the meal, and Wen Lin even ate two large bowls in a row.
When it was completely dark, they both took a shower, turned off the lights and went to rest.
Lying on the bed, Mu Wanwan felt a little uncomfortable. The bed was really small, and it was a bit crowded for the two of them to lie together. There was no extra bed, only a mattress. She thought there might be one here, so she didn't bring any to save some stuff.
Mu Wanwan was sleeping inside and could only lean against the wall as much as possible to keep a distance from Wen Lin.
Wen Lin had good eyesight and could see Mu Wanwan's slender neck even in the dark. The woman had her back to him, curled up into a small ball. He could sense Mu Wanwan's resistance to him.
"You don't have to get up to make breakfast tomorrow morning. I'll get some from the cafeteria after I get back from training."
"Um."
Mu Wanwan responded indifferently and slowly fell asleep.
Wen Lin moved inside before going to sleep. Mu Wanwan came closer after feeling the heat beside him, and stuffed her cold feet between his legs, but she was still sleeping soundly.
Wen Lin felt a little helpless, but he didn't push the person away. He slowly closed his eyes with a satisfaction that he himself didn't even notice.

As the sun gradually rose, some people opened their doors and started washing clothes and cleaning the yard.
Women always get familiar with each other quickly, and several women soon got together and started chatting.
"I heard that our captain is very young! He also brought his wife here. Should we take the initiative to go and take a look at him?"
"We should go get to know each other. After all, all of us men are from Captain Wen's group. It won't hurt for us to have a good relationship with his wife!"
"Okay, then I'll go home and get some stuff, and we'll go together."
Several women were planning to go back and get some simple things to bring back to the door, but they were stopped by a woman with squinting eyes.
